3D buildings and embossed graphics in Google Maps

The best free maps found on the internet are those of Google Maps, not only because they are the most up to date, but also because they allow all users to mark favorite places which, if they become popular, appear on the map.
Google Maps has 3 types of views: the classic map, the satellite view and the Street View view. Those who use an Android smartphone may have noticed that the Google Maps application provides a better view of the maps than you can see on the computer, with 3D buildings, the possibility to rotate the map with two fingers and a much more fluid zoom that almost seems an enlargement done from above using a camera.
Even on the PC it is possible to see the relief map and buildings in 3D, although the option remains a little more hidden than what happens on a smartphone. On the Google Maps website, in the interactive maps released in 2013, you can activate the 3D view and move the map as if you were entering the buildings.
By opening the maps.google.com site,
Then put the Satellite view from the menu on the left and look for the small button of the globe above the one that detects our position. From the menu that opens, press on 3D to activate the 3D view of the maps. By framing buildings like the Colosseum in Rome, you can move the mouse wheel forward to zoom. When the magnification reaches a certain level, the satellite map becomes 3D with a 45 degree angle and all the buildings, trees, hills and mountains that were previously seen from above, become three-dimensional (this was also done before) . Zooming still, however, you enter the city streets as if you were in that street by car or on foot (StreetView view), without almost noticing the change of point of view. When the view becomes 3D, you can rotate the map by pressing on the compass at the bottom right, so you can see the city from various angles, from above.
The map view with the normal road map also shows buildings in 3D . At any time you can return to the classic view by pressing the button on the bottom left.
The relief view, on the other hand, serves to see the altitudes on the map. It can be activated by pressing the menu button at the top left (the three lines) and then choosing the type of map in relief.
