Turn off your PC in Windows 10

Windows 10 has brought many new interesting features to PCs and tablets, including Cortana, the voice assistant that many prefer to disable, but which in some cases can really make life easier.
The virtual assistant is very efficient in receiving voice data commands spoken on the computer microphone and allows you to do various types of operations such as creating reminders, searching for addresses and opening an app.
A command that can be very useful to give the computer a voice is to order it to shut down or restart .
Turning off the PC with your voice is really very convenient, not only to turn it off remotely, but also after finishing a job, without being pressing any button, simply saying a magic word,
This command to turn off the PC by voice does not work in Cortana natively, but must be prepared as follows.

Press together the Windows + R keys and type, in the Run box, the command % appdata% w and press " Ok ".
This should open the Roaming folder inside AppData .
Then go to the Microsoft folder -> Windows-> Start Menu -> Programs, press on the empty white space with the right mouse button, go to New -> Connection .
The "AppData" folder is a hidden folder, so make sure you go to enable the " Show hidden items " option in the View menu.
As a connection to shutdown the PC, write " shutdown.exe -s -t 15 " (without the quotation marks), go Next and then give the connection the name Shutdown and press Finish .
If you want to make a connection to restart the computer, create another connection giving as path: " shutdown.exe -r -t 15 " and call it Restart .
In the two connections we put the parameter -t 15 which means that the shutdown or restart occurs after 15 seconds that the connection has been pressed.
Also, be sure to call the shutdown link as "ShutDown", because only then will Cortana recognize it.
Once done, press the Cortana button and then the microphone button (or use the voice command " Hey Cortana ") and say "Open shutdown!" Or " Open restart " and it should work.
For some reason, on some PCs, instead of running the shutdown voice command, Microsoft Edge opens with Bing search.
For the moment I have not yet understood what the problem is.
The same procedure can also work to disconnect the account, creating a link with the shutdown.exe -l command
