Save every document or image on Windows 10 to PDF

With Windows 10 you can save any file in PDF format, without using external programs.
This is one of the most appreciated and best new features included in the latest version of Windows since, previously, it was necessary to necessarily install some conversion software and that Windows could only create XPS files, similar format, never used by anyone
PDF printing is a feature now integrated into Windows 10 and allows you to create a PDF from various file formats using a native virtual printer.
Any document opens on Windows 10, either with Word or with Notepad or even any image can be saved in PDF by pressing the Print button of the program in use.
You will then have to choose, in the list of printers, the one called Microsoft Print to PDF .
If this option is not found, check that it has not been disabled by mistake by going to the Start menu, Settings, then Printers and Scanners and clicking the Printers and Devices link.
From here, if not visible, click on Add Printer and follow the wizard that should install the PDF printer.
If you still don't have to see Microsoft Print to PDF, go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features and click on turn Windows features on or off.
You can then add the Microsoft Print to PDF feature if it was not already selected.
You can also search, from the Start menu, Print Management and expand the list of printers to see the status of the PDF and verify that it is active ready for use.
When you print a web page or document or image or any type of file that can be printed on paper to PDF, it can be saved as any file in a Windows 10 folder.
