Slow down video also image by image and make slow motion

To slow down a video like those of Sports Sunday and, therefore, to make the slow motion of a scene (or a soccer action), there are some very easy to use programs that allow you to see a slower video, even frame for frame .
Without disturbing people like Pistocchi, you can watch a slow motion movie from your computer using a free program that has the same functionality as a professional and very expensive program.
Not only can you see a slowed down video but you can also make it go faster and you can also zoom in or zoom out on part of it.
The program is called Kinovea, it is also in Italian (also the manual) and can be downloaded for free on any Windows PC.
Kinovea is based on LingoMatch, the program to review the slow motion actions that I had reported a few months ago.
Unlike the latter, however, even if it has fewer functions, it is much simpler to use and allows you to open any video from a comfortable, very intuitive interface.
Once you open a video in Kinovea, you can use the bar below to make it go slower or faster .
By pausing a video, you can watch it by passing each frame, image by image, by pressing the forward and backward keys ().
To save a single frame of the video, press the camera button at the bottom right and you can also save a series of frames in sequence of images.
Just as you could do with LingoMatch, here too you can draw trajectories on the video, write comments, make a stopwatch appear and even put a grid in superimpression and open a small window that zooms in on a part of the video .
A very nice feature is the ability to open a dual player and then see two videos together perhaps for comparison.
In fact, a third panel opens with the playback controls that works for both videos and with which the two videos can also be superimposed .
You can also synchronize the two videos that maybe portray the same scene shot from two different angles.
With this program that slows down videos, you can view every detail of a movie and you can have fun creating personalized slow motion of your sporting endeavors.
