Hide a friend from other friends on Facebook

Facebook has greatly simplified its privacy settings by leaving a single general option to decide who can see and who cannot, posts, bulletin boards, photos, videos and more.
The whole basis for having correct privacy settings with Facebook is in the lists of friends with which you can filter who can see something and who can't .
It would be nice if there was also a way to create small groups of friends on Facebook and allow those groups to interact or get to know each other.
However, this cannot happen even if, by default, once one is friends with another, he will be able to see the faces and names of all his friends and, if he wants, try to ask them for friendship.
In some cases, it would be nice not to make the added friends public and, therefore, to hide the name of a friend so that another or others can know about the existence of this knowledge, see it or add it in turn.
Many times, in the Facebook privacy guide: "What friends and strangers see about me", these questions are asked such as:
" Why don't I see that he is a friend of my girlfriend while he is like this"> " How can I hide the fact that I am a friend of this girl to her ex? ".
In theory there would be no way to prevent a friend from seeing my entire list of friends except for one of them.
The general list of all your Facebook friends can be completely hidden from some people to prevent them from knowing who I added and who I know but it is not possible to hide only a particular name so that it is not visible.
To hide the whole friends list from all or only some, you have to click on the pencil at the top of the Friends list on your profile page in order to see them all (the page address is //www.facebook.com/username / friends). By pressing the edit button, you can decide who can see the friends list, if all, if no one (putting Only me ) or if you leave it visible only for a group of friends, hiding it from everyone else.
If you have not yet created friends lists, you can simply choose the " personalized " permission, excluding specific people and hiding the friends list from them.
Just choose the " Specific people or lists " option, type their name in the " Exclude " field and save the setting.
This way that person will no longer see friends on my profile .
This setting also works with the new Facebook Timeline diary.
It therefore continues to be impossible to hide one specific friend from another, while leaving the list publicly visible, thus remaining outside any suspicion.
A little trick, more tactical than real used by some, is to hide the entire friends list as seen above, however showing some of them that will always be the same.
You can do this by using the kinship relationships that you configure from profile management.
By adding kinship relationships of unknown rank to many friends, you create a fairly large list that could mislead the curious friend without making him understand that, in reality, the real complete list of friends has been hidden from him.
