Best alternatives to Blogger and Wordpress to create a blog

Unfortunately, I notice that many people I talk to have not yet understood what a blog is and not even what it means to open one. In the past I had tried to explain the difference between site and blog which in a nutshell is this: a blog gives visitors the opportunity to write comments, a site does not .
When it comes to creating a personal blog, to write what you want and publish it on the internet, there are absolutely no technical difficulties, just sign up for a blogging platform that provides a web interface to write on as if you would use Word .
To create a personal or even professional blog there are very productive, efficient, optimized, ad-free and easy-to-use web applications that respect copyright and leave full freedom to the writer, guaranteeing 100% that that site- blog will never disappear, will never be deleted and will always be online, unless the author himself decides otherwise.
The most famous and best platforms to create a free blog are basically two: Wordpress.com and Blogger (Google).
Blogger and Wordpress are two different ways of making blogs and the dispute between who is better is always an open debate.
Blogger and Wordpress are widely spoken in many dedicated and specialized sites and blogs that explain by thread and by sign how they work and how to work on them for any purpose, both personal and business and professional.
So I don't want to go further on Blogger and Wordpress because there are also many equally valid, easy to use and free alternatives that can be used according to your tastes.

The blog as it is understood today is very different from the blogs that were made only a few years ago.
Many of them are 'casual blogging', where a blog post doesn't have to be a (long) cricket-written text, but it can only be an image, a sound clip or 2 lines of thought.
Many people, rightly, do not go to blogs by copying content around just to gather some change from advertisements, they just want to leave a mark of their presence on the internet, sharing facts, stories and knowledge, without having to worry about technical issues, happy to be read and commented.
The best alternatives to WordPress and Blogger to create a blog are :
1) Tumblr is a well-known (in the world) blogging service that becomes the perfect way to share and publish photos, texts and images online, remaining inserted in a social community with millions of users. The Tumblr community is centered around sharing, targeting that looks a lot like Facebook likes. You can import Tumblr blog posts from a number of other services including Twitter and any RSS feed. You can easily customize and customize the graphic theme of the blog, you can write directly from Tumblr through a word-like interface, you can publish photos, images, audio and video files, you can receive comments from visitors.

2) Medium is another "microblogging" service very similar to Tumblr.
You can publish images, texts, videos and audio and you can easily change the graphic theme and you can appreciate the posts of other people.
The messages and articles in the posts feed the page of those who follow us, a bit like Facebook and Twitter.
Medium is very convenient for those who do not have the time or the desire to take care of a real site, perfect for those who want to keep an online diary to write even on their mobile phone or smartphone.
3) Weebly is a web application already described in the past, which allows you to build, free and online, complete sites of any kind, even an Ecommerce, a company site, a file hosting and whatever you want. The account is free and without advertising and, as already mentioned, you can buy your personal domain and unlimited space at an economic price. Webly, in my opinion, is also an excellent platform for creating a simple blog, however, although very simple and in Italian, it is a bit more complicated than Posterous and Tumblr which remain the two simplest platforms ever. Webly allows you to do more with the graphic theme, offering even very personal customization tools. Writing a blog with Webly therefore requires more time.
4) Twitter is not considered a "blogging" service but, in fact, it is the microblog by definition. Who wants to quickly write thoughts no longer than 140 characters, there is no need to look elsewhere, because Twitter is a great way to communicate with others by posting thoughts or flash news. One of the reasons why Twitter has been so successful is that you don't have to invest time and effort to create the microblog, just open a profile and you will read the mini-posts like any other blog.
5) Those who can not live far from Facebook, could choose to publish articles using Facebook Notes which is now a real blog platform similar to Medium.
6) LiveJournal is a service to create a very famous and used online blog all over the world. LiveJournal is slightly more complex than Tumblr and Posterous but has an interesting peculiarity: you can create an internal network of friends with other bloggers who use Livejournal so as to create a spontaneous blog network linked by common interests that are absolutely not of an economic nature .
As with many things in life, the choice of how to create a blog depends on personal tastes and needs. All these platforms (except Twitter), can also be used to create your own professional blog, perhaps even by inserting your own advertising, without having to spend a euro.
Furthermore, using an online application to write on your blog saves the effort and time that would be necessary if you wanted to install a CMS such as Wordpress or Joomla. For ease of use, I think Tumblr is better if you don't want to use Wordpress.
