On Mac OS systems there is a very fun program, Photo Booth, a small application that is used to take photos with the Isight webcam and that provides 17 effects to be applied to distort and deform the image taken by the webcam with nothing short of comic effects; for example, you can see your face with a huge forehead or with a very thin chin ...
For any other operating system it is very difficult to find a program similar to Photo Booth, especially if you are looking for free solutions except for Windows 7.
For Windows 7, 8 and 10 instead the web and its applications meet us.

1) You can download for free the Photo Booth program for Windows 7 identical to the Mac version.
