Magnify cursor and mouse pointer on Windows

Those who see little of us, but also those who see us well and use a nice big monitor on their computer, would certainly do well to enlarge and enlarge the mouse pointer to make it bigger, so that it can be identified more quickly and moved more precisely .
Each version of Windows offers different options to customize the appearance and behavior of the mouse cursor, and even if a little hidden, there is also the one to enlarge the pointer arrow and the cursor that appears in the writing fields.
To enlarge the mouse arrow in Windows 10, Windows 7 and 8.1, then go to the Control Panel and look for the Mouse section.
In case of difficulty, write Mouse in the search field of the Control Panel or put the display of the elements by icons and not by categories using the menu on the right.
From the mouse properties window, go to the Pointers tab and change the type of combination by choosing the one called Default Windows Large or Very Large (in Windows 7 it is called Windows Aero large or very large ).
Alternatively, you can also choose the large black pointer, the standard pointer or the enlarged cursor, depending on aesthetic preferences. Click on Apply to see what has changed and how the largest cursor appears on the PC desktop.
In Windows 10 you can change the size of the mouse pointer also by opening the Settings and then going to Accessibility> Cursor and pointer where you can zoom in on the arrow and choose the colors. Another option allows you to enlarge the cursor that appears when you need to write text (the flashing vertical bar).
With the large pointer, movements may seem faster.
If you want to slow down your mouse run, go to the Pointer Options tab of the Mouse section in the Control Panel and decrease the speed.
