Turn off iPhone Frequent Locations (which saves all the places we go)

Not everyone knows that on every iPhone there is a hidden function that records and remembers all the places we have been, creating a history of the positions .
This works similarly to how Google records and saves places and trips on Android smartphones that I have already talked about in the past.
In the same way, Apple's location service saves, privately and only locally, all the movements of a person so that they can then be displayed on a map.
Each iPhone user will then be able to check where he was a month ago without the possibility of making a mistake (if he had the iPhone always behind).
For those who are not interested in this service and for those who are concerned about their privacy, there is still a way to disable what is called " frequent locations " on the iPhone.
It must be said that, unlike Google, Apple's location and location history function is not very invasive and can be freely disabled without losing any essential functionality of the location apps.
Simply open the settings on the iPhone, touch the " Privacy " section, then go to "Location services " and finally to " System services ".
At this point, you can touch the simple option of Frequent Positions to stop recording the movements and places where you go.
By default, this option is enabled on the iPhone so, if it had never been touched, you will see the time history of the places we went to in the past few days .
If you touch a location, the map will open showing the points where you frequently go, complete with timetables, streets and house numbers.
Tapping the button to clear the history clears this list of recent locations.
As mentioned above, this function is not as intrusive as that of Google (which saves all the history of positions on its servers) and, as far as we know, recent positions are stored only on the iPhone memory and are not sent to Apple and no one will be able to access it from the outside.
That of recent positions, however useful from a personal statistical point of view or to control someone, is not essential for the other functions of the iPhone, therefore it can be deactivated without consequences.
