If a program crashes and stops responding, resolve crashes and errors (Windows)

Here is another of those questions of the computer age, one of the existential dilemmas of computers (With Windows): Why a program freezes every now and then "> Force closing a program that does not respond on Windows .
Problems on a Windows PC can happen because the computer can't read data fast enough or because the memory is busy and can't do anything else.
Sometimes, however, a specific application crashes regularly and does not work because there is a bug or conflict with other software.
You can theoretically and practically solve every program error with some very different tools.
1) From the reliability monitoring you can find out what is causing problems in Windows
2) WhatIsHang is a Nirsoft (by Microsft) expert tool that says why a program does not respond in Windows .
The software is portable, requires no installation and tries to detect programs and processes that are currently not responding and get stuck still and nailed.
Information about these applications is displayed in the program interface with the following data: the title or name of the process or the blocked window, the process ID and the full path of the executable program. The information provided by WhatIsHang can only be well understood by an expert system administrator, however, those who are a little familiar and have a "geek" culture could at least guess, in some cases, the cause of the problem. An internet search will certainly be a support for any data displayed. WhatIsHang works on Vista, Windows 7, XP and all other versions of the Microsft operating system.
WhatIsHang is very similar to another Nirsoft tool already reported in the past and always for experts: AppCrashView to understand why a program closes and ends with an error .
3) A normal and less experienced user could instead use the Windows event log to correct errors .
As written in the linked article, the MyEvent Viewer application will certainly be useful for interpreting any type of error.
4) For all those who have a decent computer with at least 512 MB of RAM, both those who are experts and are perfect ignorant of computer science can download and install the new Soluto .
Soluto (no longer exists) is a program that I had already written about because it is a great automatic tool to optimize Windows startup and make the PC turn on faster.
In the latest version, Soluto also manages to identify programs that crash and find the solution to the errors .
Soluto requires a fairly new PC with a minimum of 500 MB of RAm to work well otherwise it would have the opposite effect, slowing down the PC.
Personally I have been using it for several months with satisfaction because it is very easy to use, complete in information, with a modern and beautiful to look at and fully automated graphic interface.
Soluto analyzes the computer, all the programs and processes that are started and identifies those that load slowly or that occupy too many resources suggesting solutions.
Soluto also checks the plugins and extensions of web browsers, Internet Explorer, Opera, Chrome, Firefox and others advising to disable those that give problems.
The Heal Crash section shows complete information regarding applications that have crashed or crashed by closing themselves .
A graph shows the number of errors and blocks reported in the past two months for each program.
Hovering over the name of a program that has crashed will reveal more details about the problem, with some suggestions for resolving the error, if possible.
Soluto also replaces sending an error report to Microsoft about Windows crashes (that never solved anything) replacing it with a much nicer and clearer report.
Soluto Crash Handler tries to find the solution for the errors and crashes of the programs to solve the problem permanently.
I believe that if you have a good computer with the required hardware requirements, Soluto is a very useful tool for everyone .
Finally, I remember various technical tips to unlock Windows if the PC crashes or goes slow .
