Create the virtual avatar with our face

Especially the younger ones and those who like to express themselves with smiley faces, personalized avatar designs are discovering a new application that is making a great success all over the world, despite being only in the Chinese version. Following a little, some American accounts may have appeared, on Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr or Vine, photos or videos of strange cartoon characters and celebrities who dance and sing in a funny or monstrous way.
The one used is a free app for iPhone and Android which is a mix between Bitmoji, the app to create personalized Emojis and the Elf Yourself type apps where you put your face on a dancing body.
This time you can create an animated avatar that moves in various ways, which has our face, which sings a song (even with our voice), similar to a cartoon.

The app is Meing for iPhone (you can download Meing for Android by downloading the APK file from APKPure) with which to create strange 3D characters that move according to the scenario in which they are put, in an absolutely hilarious way, creating videos and interacting with other avatars.

The app works in a very simple way and, although for now only in the Chinese version (a future version in English is foreseen, however), it cannot be confused.
The guide to Meing then says to upload his own selfie photo with his face in the foreground and let the app process it in order to digitize it and make it become as drawn in a cartoon. If you don't have a photo, you can take the selfie with the app itself .
To have an effective photo that can be transformed into the cartoon, you have to stay in a well-lit room without shadows on your face, without hats or glasses., Leaving your hair a little out. The application will show a green box when your face is positioned well for taking the photo. Meing then analyzes the face and asks to check the boundaries of the face by repositioning the green indicators on the screen. At the end, touch the green button on the right for females or the one on the left for males. Then you can customize the face created, change the hair, the color of the eyes, the skin, the clothes, the poses and the scenario in which to immerse them and make them move with music. The button of the jacket instead changes the clothes. Once you have finished customizing your avatar, tap on the top left corner to return to the main menu. The button with the icon of the start of the movie allows you to choose to move the avatar created in a pole dance or to sing or stay on a motorcycle.
The video can then be viewed, saved and shared on various social networks (the green button on the right saves or shares the video). If you want, by pressing the button on the left you can also record the audio of the character and dub it in your own voice.
