1) Wordpress.com
As already explained some time ago, Registering and starting a blog with Wordpress.com is free as long as you don't want a nicer graphic template and personal domain.
Wordpress.com is all in Italian, it is really easy to use with a series of menus that are also difficult to make mistakes and, above all, it allows you to publish websites already optimized for SEO, that is, to get on the Google search engine.
Wordpress.com has the only flaw of becoming a little expensive (we are still talking about figures less than 100 Euros per year) if you want something more than the minimum standard offered.
Wordpress, for its unique flexibility, can be used not only to create a blog but also a normal quality static site.
2) Blogger.com
Blogger is Google's blog platform, very old, very powerful, customizable and, above all, totally free.
