How to add ringtones and music on iPhone without iTunes

We are used to managing our iPhone using the iTunes program on PC, which allows us to update the device, to move files to or from the device and to transfer the music present on the hard disk.
For when it may seem the best program, iTunes has some limitations when we want to manage new ringtones or new songs to be loaded on the device: if we use different PCs, we should configure iTunes differently on each computer slowing down considerably.
In this guide we will see together how to add ringtones and music on iPhone without using iTunes, so as to use alternative programs to better manage the musical aspect of your Apple device.

How to add ringtones and music on iPhone without iTunes
On this topic there are many programs to add ringtones and music to the iPhone, but many offer only demo (or trial) versions, free only for a certain number of files or in time, after which they require a user license to be used.
We discover in the following lines the best truly free programs (without limits) to add ringtones and music on iPhone without iTunes.
1) CopyTrans Manager
One of the best free programs that we can use to upload music and ringtones to iPhone is CopyTrans Manager, downloadable from here -> CopyTrans Manager .
Once downloaded the installer we will see a manager of the various applications offered by the manufacturer, we will have to install only CopyTrans Manager (which is completely free).

The program will let us choose the language (we choose Italian ) and will be ready to start as in the image below.

We will be greeted by a welcome message, just click Start and connect an iPhone to the PC via USB to start recognizing the device within the application.
Once the Apple device is recognized we will see all the songs and ringtones already present in the system memory; to add ringtones and music we just have to click on the top on Add and choose, in the file manager that will open, the folder or files to add to the iPhone.
We can also edit and remove songs already on the device using the Edit and Remove items on the top of the program.
2) EaseUS MobiMover Free
Another completely free program to add ringtones and music on iPhone without iTunes is EaseUS MobiMover Free, available for download from here -> EaseUS MobiMover Free .
Just install it to immediately start using all its features, without any limit (you can buy a user license but only to have support and to get automatic updates, all other features are also present in the free version).

To copy the music or ringtones downloaded to the PC, all we have to do is click on Transfer to this device and in the window that will open choose the folder or files to be transferred to the iPhone.
We can also transfer files between two different Apple or Android devices or move files already present on the device.
To get a clearer picture of all the files on the Apple device we can open the Costume menu (the translation is unfortunately bad) and see all the multimedia files managed by the program in a convenient interface.

From here you can send any ringtone or music file to iPhone by clicking on Audio and then on the Transfer to this device icon.
If we need other features, just use the appropriate menu on the left to access the dedicated panel.
3) Syncios iOS & Android Manager
Among the best free programs that we could try, we also wanted to point out Syncios iOS & Android Manager, downloadable from here -> Syncios iOS & Android Manager .
Again, there will be nothing to try or buy: the program is 100% free and all the features offered are available immediately on the main screen.
At the first start it will download (if needed) some tools necessary to correctly display Apple devices; at the end we just have to connect the iPhone to the PC via USB cable to see all the contents of the internal memory.

To be able to add ringtones and music on the iPhone, click on the side of File to open the internal memory manager, then click on Insert at the top to add a folder or files to the device memory; so we can quickly load all the music in our possession or the songs we want to use as a contact ringtone or as a general phone ringtone.

4) ApowerManager
Among the free programs without license that we can use without limits there is also ApowerManager, downloadable from here -> ApowerManager .
Also in this case it is sufficient to install it on the PC and start it without fear of anything, there are no hidden costs or licenses to buy to be able to use all the functions offered (the features offered with free registration are superfluous we can therefore also use it without registering an account) .

We will have in the foreground all the information on the iPhone connected via USB to the PC, so as to know how much space is left in the internal memory before adding new files.
To be able to add the music files just click on Music then select the Import item to be able to upload the files or folders with the music that we intend to use.
To import the songs that we have identified as ringtones, simply open the Music menu then click on the side on Ringtones and then on Import to load the ringtones on the iPhone.

At the end, simply disconnect the iPhone from the PC and check that the desired files are correctly accessible from the Music app of the iPhone or from the ringtone manager of the Settings menu.
