Apply the slow motion video effect on Youtube

Hours and hours of videos are uploaded every day to YouTube which becomes not only a space to publish your videos and show them to the world, but also a site where you can privately save the videos you want to keep.
Youtube also offers tools to improve or edit your videos using the tools to join multiple videos with the Youtube editor or through the options of improvements.
For each video uploaded, you can press the Edit button to apply improvements to videos on Youtube in one click.
Among the improvements and effects available to edit a video, one has been added that allows you to make the video in slow motion as if it were seen in slow motion .
To apply the slow motion effect on a video, press the down arrow next to the Edit button near the movie to be edited on the video page.
From the editor, press the slow motion button which is the one with the turtle figure, next to the option to stabilize the video.
You can choose how slow the reproduction can be by 12.5%, 25%, 50% or 75%.
By pressing the Save button, the effect is applied to all the chosen video.
By clicking on Save As (the down arrow of the Save button), you can keep the original without replacing it and save the new video.
To slow down only parts of the video, you need to crop the original video using the crop tool (below the video) and add the slow-motion effect only to that piece by saving it as a separate video.
At the end you can join the videos with the Youtube Video Editor tool.
The slow motion effect can be applied to new videos directly using the fast editor which can be accessed after uploading a video.
In this case it is possible to cut a particular portion of a video and apply the effect only in one part.
