10 of the best games in history (Amiga and PC) now free and online

The time has come for those over 30 to return to small teenagers and have fun playing or replaying the best games of the past, republished from the Internet Archive site. In a special page dedicated to DOS video games it is possible to find more than a thousand titles that have made the history of Commodore Amiga PCs and computers, in the pre-Windows 95 era.
There are games of all kinds: arcade, graphic adventures, platform games, spaceships, driving, soccer, shooters, martial arts and many others.
The best thing is that these games can be played for free and online, directly from the browser, without having to install or configure anything, full screen and even with the joypad.
In the special page dedicated to Dos games on the Internet Archive site we find a list sorted by popularity, among which we can find some of my favorite games of that time, for Amiga and PC.
1) Prince of Persia, the first and original, where you have to run and jump trying not to fall on deaf ears and finding the solution to pass each painting.
In Prince of Persia you can see how the character moves in an extraordinary way, at least for that time.
2) Lemmings 2 is another historical and unforgettable game, where many little pixies called Lemmings go on their way with the aim of getting to their lair. Each Lemming has an ability, which can be used to pave the way to get as many Lemmings as possible to their destination, albeit often at the cost of suicide by others.
3) Dune 2, a beautiful and first-person graphic adventure, inspired by the 1984 science fiction movie of the same name, with a story that I personally completed many years ago, with great satisfaction.
4) Sim City, the first and original game of 1989, where to build a city from scratch, manage and administer it completely.
5) Speedball 2 Brutal Deluxe is a futuristic sports game, where the teams are made up of players dressed in heavy armor and they beat each other fiercely to score goals in the opponent's goal. The game, with a top view and frenetic action, can still be fun today.
6) Wolfestein 3D was one of the first PC first person shooters, very varied, set in a bunker where you have to be careful not to get killed and shoot every enemy you are facing.
7) Golden Ax is a historic arcade game, released also for Amiga and for PC, where you have to go on killing enemies with an ax, until you complete each level by killing the final monster. You can also play in two together, if you have a joypad.
8) Test Drive 3 was a car game that, despite the really ancient graphics, was proposed as a realistic driving simulator, where the most important thing was to respect the highway code.
9) Prehistorik 2 is a very fun platform game, with horizontal scrolling, simple and classic.
10) Maniac Mansion was a LucasArts graphic adventure, very elaborate and difficult, but also very exciting. Another similar graphical adventure can also be found on the list, Zak McKracken.
11) The Secret Of Monkey Island is one of the best graphic adventures of the time, a point and click game that has made the history of PC and Amiga video games.
12) The Punisher was one of the first DOS games for PC, where he made the cop run for New York City, shooting all the bad guys.
13) Microsoft Flight Simulator, the first DOS version of the most famous flight simulator, can be played online for free on Archive.org.
I remember that on other sites you can play many classic arcade and console games .
