The world's most popular dating app, Tinder, is finally available online as a website . The new web version of Tinder is available, in Italy, for use from PC (or even from smartphones and tablets without apps) with the same fun mechanisms that have determined the success of the application, where you can find who we like and, if you want, also to really meet him.
For those who have never used it, Tinder works by saying Yes or No to photos of people who are close to us (in the sense of geolocation) of the opposite sex (or of the same sex) depending on whether we like it or not like their photo.
Tinder then becomes a game where you can quickly scroll through profile photos by deleting them if we don't like them or showing them our appreciation.
If then this appreciation is reciprocated, then you will receive a notification and you can text with this person to possibly organize in a real meeting.
The Tinder.com site allows, therefore, to access the application from any computer and also from mobile smartphones, to participate in Tinder as one would do with the application.
In particular, the web version was designed to avoid the use of Tinder as an app on smartphones with a battery that does not last long and with little memory.
You can access Tinder online via the web using your Facebook account, from which the name and profile photo are extracted.
If you are not yet registered, you still need the Tinder dating application for Android and iPhone because there is no way to create or edit our profile from the website.
It is important to note, in this regard, that nobody on Facebook will know that we are using Tinder, unless we end up giving an appreciation to a person who is on our list of friends and is also paid.
To make Tinder work via the website there are only two authorizations to be granted when they are requested, namely the ability to locate the computer used (important for being able to know people from the same city) and then also the ability to send notifications (which is not however indispensable).
As happens in the application, you can then swipe to the right, with the mouse, the photos of the profiles that we like to give appreciation or swipe them to the left, to say NO.
The other Tinder functions are also accessible, to open a person's profile and thus be able to see other photographs of him and to give the Super Like, a more decisive appreciation that can only be given to a girl or boy a day.
The best thing about Tinder web is keyboard use, using the arrows on the left to say No, the arrow on the right to say we like it, the arrow on the top to open the profile and Enter to give a super like.
Other advantages of using Tinder from a PC are the superior ease of chatting with someone and the fact that you can see a person's profile or continue browsing photos while chatting with someone or someone.
