Try Falcon, the lightest browser for Windows and Linux

In the list of the best free web browsers to surf the internet, besides of course the most popular Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer, a new program appears: Falcon (ex QupZilla) which claims to be one of the lightest browsers and therefore also among the fastest ever.
Falcon is a light, open-source browser program based on the WebKit rendering engine (that of Safari and Google Chrome) and on Nokia's Qt framework, stable and complete with important features that we are now going to discover:
- Side bars
From the View Menu you can enable the sidebars to always keep your browsing history or favorites in view.
This is especially useful if you are using a wide enough screen.
- RSS reader to manage RSS feeds from the inside without using external readers.
- Click2Flash to block Flash content.
- Adblock to block advertisements (be careful because it also blocks important elements in certain sites).
- Address bar able to work as well as to search the internet.
- Speed Dial if you open a new tab to immediately open your favorite and most browsed sites similar to that of Opera.
Falcon uses the desktop theme as a graphic model, but in the Options menu (from the Tools menu) you can change the appearance with other styles.
Very interesting is the private or anonymous browsing function that can always be started from the Tools menu.
For each site you can open the code inspector to spy on how the web page is built.
In the options you can also use the stored password manager, privacy settings, blocking, User Agent and external plugins.
If you want to give it a try, we recommend that you download the portable version of the Falcon browser to check how fast it is and how useful it can be as an emergency browser, to be kept on your USB stick for use on other computers (those not ours).
Falcon can be installed on Windows and Linux, on 32bit or 64bit computers, and is in Italian .
Falcon can be included in the list of the best portable browsers to use on every pc
