Just to be able to exploit it better, we have collected in this article all the tricks and secret features present on Amazon, which concern purchase management tools, special offers pages and much more that many people do not know (so far!).

2) Create wedding lists or gift lists for any event
Amazon allows you to create product lists (as if it were a wedding list or birth list) so that friends, before the party, can give us the gifts we want without spending money unnecessarily on things that we don't care about receiving or that we don't like .
As you can see, for each product you can press the Add to List button which is located in the right column (in the middle of the page).
The lists can be managed from the menu dedicated to personal lists, accessible from your Amazon profile.
Each list of products created can be ordered as you wish and, very importantly, we can decide whether to make it private or public and shared with friends .
To share the list, all we have to do is open the personal list, click at the top on Send the list to others and enter the email addresses of the friends or relatives you wish to see the list.
Furthermore, for a list made public and shared, a different shipping address can be indicated.
Amazon allows you to activate the special "do not spoil the surprise" mode, which prevents the arrival of duplicate gifts by signaling a delay or the lack of availability of the product (in reality it is a ploy to avoid buying something that someone else has already bought for you, maybe surprisingly).
If you have added products to the list and suddenly the supply is skipped or the order cannot be placed, it is better not to investigate further: maybe a surprise is coming!
Amazon has also dedicated a special page for the birth list, to receive gifts to celebrate the arrival of a child.

3) Collection points
If we are never at home, we can bring our Amazon products to the collection points created specifically for this need, called Amazon Locker .
These special mailboxes are great for getting shipments there instead of receiving them at home and going to collect them calmly when we have time.
We will always be notified of the arrival of the package in the personalized Locker and can only open it with our access credentials.
The Amazon Locker is a fast and practical solution and is widespread in large cities.
4) Coupon discounts
Amazon has a very large coupon section which is often difficult to find.
There are discounts on particular types of products every day, maybe on personal care products, for food and drinks, for electronics products, on articles for animals, on household goods and more.
To find these coupons it is better to view the pages of the various sections, for example by going to Pantry, Warehouse Deals, Electronics, Fashion etc.
For example, this is the page of fashion discounts, gift vouchers, school books and many others.
Curiously, I noticed that Groupon tracks Amazon coupons on this page.

6) Take advantage of offers on used products
The used products section of Amazon is really convenient, because often these are objects that have been used for years, but only products that are open and then returned immediately because perhaps they have not convinced, for the wrong size or because the user has changed his mind.
The Amazon Warehouse Deals section works really well to buy even expensive things at lower prices and get the same guarantee that you would have on new products sold and shipped by Amazon.

7) Amazon Coins
Amazon Coins are virtual coins that can be bought on Amazon, useful to save with the offers and discounts applied to their use in particular on applications, games and in-app purchases downloaded from the Amazon store, for devices such as Amazon Fire or Kindle Fire .

8) Amazon Pay
It is possible to buy on any website without having to make a new account, using the payment system developed by Amazon, that is; Amazon Pay .
In order to use it obviously the site on which we go shopping must support this type of circuit, as if it were a sort of PayPal.
The advantage is that you don't have to give our credit card to other websites and get Amazon's guarantee and reliability for every other online store.
9) Amazon guarantee
For those few who still don't know how it works, Amazon provides a two-year warranty on the products purchased, so if after a year and a half your phone breaks for unknown reasons, you can send it back and get a full refund (or a product of equal value).
Sometimes we can get assistance and help even after two years, but it depends on each case (we may be asked to return the product and choose another one).
10) Preview of the books
If you want to buy a book but you are not sure, you can receive a preview of it and then decide whether to buy it or give up.
For each book of which the Kindle version exists, check the button above the cover. Read the extract to immediately receive a preview version, with at least the first chapter.
We can thus decide whether the book is convincing enough to buy, thus avoiding bad surprises.

If after reading one or two chapters of a Kindle Ebook, you realize that you do not want to continue, you can always return it and get a full refund within seven days of purchase .

It is a private file storage service similar to Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive which becomes particularly convenient for those with a Prime subscription, since in this case you have unlimited space to store photos taken from your mobile phone.
In any case, we can expand the space available with a subscription, bringing it up to 100 GB.

Sometimes, especially for technology products or those shipped from other countries, it is convenient to buy a product on Amazon stores in other European countries.
