Find the date of an appointment with a web app

I insist on reporting organizational tools on the internet, which can be a reminder or an online agenda .
I know that in Italy this type of tools both in the daily and in the workplace, are little used, either because you don't trust them, or because you never think of organizing appointments and events via the internet (except on Facebook) or because in in the business and work environment, it is preferred to use expensive tools and complex software to do simple things.
However, I want to push them because I like them and in my opinion they are far underestimated.
Given that Google Calendar is currently the best online application to have a shared agenda of appointments with friends or colleagues and that Microsoft Outlook is the most used program in companies, we see here some websites that allow, through surveys and invitations to be sent via Email, to find the right day and the best date to organize an event or an appointment with several people, be they customers, friends or work colleagues.
For example, if you are organizing a soccer match or going to the cinema with friends, or a group pizza, a lunch with customers, a meeting or a meeting, to find the date, day and time that can be all right, you have to send a thousand sms, or make long rounds of emails or phone calls.
If you work in a corporate environment, meeting planning is not a big deal, because you can check the availability of people through Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar.
However, the situation is a little different when planning an event with friends and family, because their programs are not published anywhere and it is impossible to know if and when they are busy.
Instead of proposing temporary dates to friends via email (or personal phone calls), you can then use these web applications to survey and send the invitation .
1) Google Forms is used to request an opinion on a time or date, for planning and organizing meetings.
This is certainly the best tool for creating questions and emailing them.
2) Doodle is a completely free site that helps, with a survey, to find on the fly the good dates for an appointment, where friends are free .
It starts with the selection of a list of indicative days for the planned event (which could be a cinema, a pizza, a birthday party or a trip) and then the proposed dates are sent to everyone using the tool itself.
Friends will receive an email with a private link, clicking which will show the survey where they will have to choose their preferred dates.
Nothing complicated or particularly advanced, simply press YES or NO on the dates indicated by the organizer.
The web page is the same for everyone so the answers are all displayed on the same sheet and it becomes very easy to find the perfect day for the meeting, which will satisfy everyone .
Doodle is perfect for planning events within a group, it can be objected that it only works with the days so it cannot be used to plan meetings or events where it is important to also specify the time.
3) TimeBridge is a simple but fast and functional online tool to invite people trying to understand the best time to organize the meeting with friends or work colleagues.
Time Bridge works like the others but has the unique peculiarity of allowing the sending of files or other documents attached to the survey, via Email so that everyone can have it at the time of the meeting.
4) Other web applications allow you to create online surveys to be sent via email or published on a site .
Finally, I remember in other articles:
- the best diaries and calendars on the internet;
- reminders and sites with checklists to organize things to do;
- the sites to create and send invitations and to parties and events.
