Mac shortcuts to know

On a Mac (as well as on a Windows PC) keyboard shortcuts are very important, to make the computer easier to use and more fluid, to master the OSX operating system. Below we see 21 combinations of keys that all owners of a Mac should learn by heart and use every day, intuitive and fast, to perform every basic operation without getting lost between menus, windows and unnecessary movements with the mouse.
Taking into account that CMD is the Command key to the left of the space bar and that the Option or OPT key is also called ALT, we have the following more useful keyboard shortcuts for using the Mac .

1) CMD + TAB allows you to quickly switch to the last program used, which is particularly useful if you copy and paste text between two different programs, (since pressing Cmd + Tab twice you switch once to one once to the other ).
CMD + Shift + TAB is another great way to go through all the different applications and windows open on the Mac
2) By holding down CMD you can then press the TAB key several times to scroll through the open programs. To choose the program to be displayed, release the Command key.
3) F11 on Mac allows is the Show Desktop button and you can also use CMD + F3 or CMD + OPT + M which closes all windows in one go. On some keyboards (on laptops) you may need to hold down the FN function key to use F11.
4) With CMD + H you can hide the window you are viewing.
You should always keep this quick shortcut in mind so that you can hide what you were seeing when someone comes close to us that we don't want to see what we are doing. This command does not minimize the window, but hides it from view. To reopen the hidden window, click on the application icon on the dock.
5) CMD + Delete allows you to put the selected file or document in the trash.
6) CMD + ALT + Shift + Del is used to empty the recycle bin without even going through the confirmation message.
7) CMD + Z is used to undo the last action taken. If you have deleted something that you didn't have to, just press cmd + Z to say "Undo the last action"
8) CMD + Shift + 3 is used to take Screenshots and photograph the full screen and save the image without the need for an additional program.
9) CMD + Shift + 4 is used to take screenshots of a selected area which is then drawn with the mouse by dragging the rectangle and releasing it at the point to be photographed.
10) CMD + click on a link opens the link in a new browser tab, to avoid losing the web page you are looking at.
11) F10 + power button allows you to turn on the Mac without sound.
12) By pressing, on a text box where to write, the keys CMD + CTRL + Space it becomes possible on the Mac to write the Emoji
13) CTRL + Shift + Eject turns off the Mac screen.
Eject is the button at the top right, above the button to delete.
14) CTRL + Eject opens the shutdown, restart or standby menu.
15) CTRL + OPT + Eject puts the Mac on standby.
16) CTRL + CMD + Eject restarts the Mac
17) CMD + Shift + Q logs out the user while with CMD + Shift + OPT + Q you exit the account without a confirmation request
18) ALT + CMD + space bar opens the finder search.
19) CMD + Shift + A opens the application window, CMD + Shift + U opens the utilities while CMD + Shift + D opens the document folder.
20) CMD + CTRL + D, pressed on a selected word while you are writing, opens a box with the meaning of that word.
21) CMD + Shift + OPT + Esc pressed for three seconds forcefully close an application that has been blocked.
