Sometimes really original applications come out, capable of satisfying particular needs thanks to ingenious and very advantageous free services. In this case we see instead a service that overcomes this problem and that makes our mobile phone always reachable, even if there is no GSM signal, receiving all the calls equally.
This service that allows you to receive calls even if the phone is unreachable works only on one condition, that the phone is connected to the internet via wireless connection.
It is not yet possible, therefore, to receive calls under a tunnel or in a remote country location if there is no cellular signal and, of course, even if the phone is off.
However, you can solve the problem of calls missed due to signal drops, interference or too weak signal when you are at home, in the office or in any other place where there is a wifi network available.
Thanks to this service, moreover, when you are abroad, you can receive calls (always if you are connected to a wifi network) without having to pay if you received a phone call from Italy normally.
The application that provides this service is called Libon, one of the VOIP apps for calling at low rates which has added a new function on its Android application (for now only Android, then certainly also iPhone).
After installing the application and proceeding with the registration of a free account by providing Libon with your phone number, you can open the app, follow the initial procedure that explains how Libon works and open the main menu.
In the menu, select the "Reach Me" option and activate it .
What happens is that calls received when the phone has no GSM signal and is not reachable will be diverted to a special number that will turn the phone call via VOIP, i.e. via Wifi connection .
To avoid errors, after activating Libon Reach Out it is advisable to check and activate the call forwarding or diversion so that only those that are not reachable and not all are diverted.
The only drawback is that call forwarding should cost the price of a normal call (this must be verified but if the call is transferred to another number, you will definitely pay).
You can therefore only answer if the call is worthwhile or if you have a subscription plan.
Libon, in addition to having this function, also allows you to make free calls to other users, therefore, if the app were to catch on and spread, it will surely be advantageous again.
Libon also allows you to make an online backup of SMS messages to be able to find them again in case of changing the phone.
