Although, at the moment, they are not yet on sale in Italy, there is no doubt that Google has stimulated a lot of curiosity about the new Google Pixel smartphone sounds, which exclusively have the new Android Nougat 7.1 operating system and a new design for the main Google apps, such as the launcher and the phone. Who is curious and who wants to get a preview, if not the latest functions of the Google Pixel, at least its graphic style, its icons and the newest Android layout, can then download and install a preview of the new launcher, the round icons or even the latest Google phone app, currently only available on Pixels.
Who has a Nexus or even a Motorola, a Huawei or an Android smartphone, without any need for root and without risking any functioning problems, can try the new apps extracted from the Google Pixels, which have been extracted and loaded on the APKMirror site.

1) The Pixel Launcher
The first app to try the new Android on your mobile is that of the Pixel Launcher, which can be downloaded from the APKMirror site and installed freely, even if it is not said it works on every phone.
Just remember to activate the unknown sources option in the Settings> Security menu, in order to install apps that do not come from Google Play. Then tap the central button to open the main screen and choose to use the Pixel Launcher as the launcher, with the "only once" option.
As you can see, this Launcher has a single screen with your favorite apps and clock, a button to open Google search and a down arrow in the center that allows you to enter the list of all installed applications.
For the moment, there are no configuration options and it is as seen.
By holding down on the screen you can open the mode of adding widgets and the Settings which are limited to three basic options.
You can also change the wallpaper, although on my smartphone this option crashes the Pixel Launcher app.
Personally, I recommend avoiding the Pixel Launcher, but instead try the Lawnchair Launcher, which is a clone of the Google Pixel interface, is open source and works on every Android phone.
Excellent is also CPL Launcher, similar and much lighter than the Pixel Launcher on which it is based.

2) The Google Pixel icons
It is possible to use the latest Google Pixel round icons thanks to the zip package that can be downloaded from the Reddit website.
After downloading directly to your smartphone, you need to extract the ZIP file to a folder and then apply the icons through an app like Awesome Icons or Nova Launcher, which allows you to choose the set of icons to use.
3) The phone
The Google Phone app that is pre-installed on Pixel smartphones can be downloaded and installed from APKMirror.
In this case, however, it should also be noted that this version replaces the Phone app on Nexus smartphones, because it is the newest version. Just because it is the Google smartphone app, it may not work on other Android mobile models.
That's all for now, but over time other APK apps extracted from the latest Android version of the Google Pixel may come out, which can be added to this list and to try.
