Better tab management in Firefox (side-by-side sites and additional options)

Among the emerging and lesser known web browsers, I recently talked about Avant Browser which exploits the rendering engines of Firefox and Internet Explorer but adds many more options especially for the management of the tabs.
In particular, with Avant you can easily see two websites open side by side in addition to several other options.
The same things are also possible with Firefox with the help of two different extensions that significantly improve the management of tabs and open websites .
The two extensions are:
- FoxyTabs which improves navigation with many additional options to customize the tabs .
- Tile Tabs, an Add-on that allows you to view multiple websites together, side by side in a single tab, without having to switch between multiple windows and tabs.
1) As mentioned, FoxyTabs has a lot of options (in Italian) to customize the management of the tabs and open sites .
By opening the Tools menu, you can access these options divided into tabs.
The first concerns the management of the links present on the web pages and you can decide where they should be opened so as to open a link in a new tab instead of in a new window, also open the pop-ups in the tabs and prevent pages from opening. empty when downloading files.
The behavior of the tabs can be customized in the second section to decide how they should be opened and if they should be blocked.
There are many other options for managing tab groups, closing and opening new sites in the background.
The third tab is about the appearance and there are some options for deciding where to place the Firefox toolbars.
You can then customize the behavior of the clicks with the mouse and, in the fifth tab, you can decide the buttons to be displayed in the contextual menu that appears when you press the right mouse button on a web page.
Among the new buttons that can be enabled are also: reload tab, close all tabs, close those on the right In addition this add-on not only improves the ability of Firefox tabs but also offers a robust session protection to recover immediately work after a crash.
The session recovery options, enabled by default, can be managed from the last section of options.
Once the changes are applied, they become immediately visible during navigation.
2) Anyone who hates always switching from one tab or another and would like to browse multiple websites side by side on the wide screen, then can install Tile Tabs .
This extension for Firefox brings up a new item on the menu bar of the browser from which you can quickly choose, with a click, the layout for surfing the internet.
You can then choose to divide the screen into two parts, or into three, four or more parts, horizontally or vertically .
This means that each open site has one side or one corner of the screen and that you can keep an eye on even more than 4 sites together on a single tab.
The address bar remains one and acts on the tab selected as normal.
By right clicking on a tab header, you will see the Tile Tabs menu items to open a new tab side by side at the top or side of the one you are looking at.
To remove a tab from the view, without closing it, just press the right button and choose the " untile tab " option.
To return to normal mode, use the " Close Layout " or " Expand " button instead.
There is no limit to the number of tabs that can be added and viewed together on the screen.
You can also drag the blue outline of an open tab to resize, enlarge or lengthen it, arranging the space on the screen in a personalized way.
Tile Tabs is very useful for those with large monitors and also for having quick access to all your favorite websites, putting them all in front of your eyes as in films, without having to switch from one tab to another and without opening new windows.
With these two extensions, the management of tabs in Firefox becomes really advanced and the Mozilla browser really gains a lot in performance and productivity.
