Microsoft Mathematics: Calculator with graphs and automatic solver

For all those who need a scientific calculator capable of showing solutions of more or less complex operations and functions, I recommend downloading the latest Microsoft program, Matehmatics .
The Microsoft Mathematics program has been released, a few days ago, as a free download and as a standalone program.
Prior to this, the Mathematics plugin already existed for writing and solving mathematical operations on Word.
Now you can use the Microsfot mathematics calculator and solver even without having the Office suite on your computer.
This program, also thanks to Microsoft's typical user friendly interface, is a great help for all high school and university students and is, perhaps, the best free math program with automatic solver that you can find.
Microsoft Mathematics provides a graphing calculator that draws 2D and 3D graphs, solving equations and step operations, and useful tools to help students who are studying math, physics and science.
Mathematical tools also allow you to evaluate triangles, convert from one system of units to another and solve systems of equations.
As with other similar programs, however, it is not a magic tool that solves geometry problems with a click, you still need to have the basics of mathematics, know what you are writing and understand what you are doing.
It is true, however, that with programs of this type, just write the equation on the spreadsheet and read, step by step, its automatic resolution until you find the value of the X.
Microsoft math can be used to do many things, including:
- Study standard mathematical functions, such as roots and logarithms
- Solve equations and inequalities.
- Resolution and study of triangles.
- Convert measurements from one unit to another.
- Study trigonometric functions such as sine and cosine.
- Execution of operations with matrices and vectors.
- Calculation of basic statistics, such as mean and standard deviation.
- Execution of operations on complex numbers.
- Drawing of 2D and 3D charts in a Cartesian plane, cylinder charts and spherical coordinates.
- Search for derivatives and integrals, limits, series.
- Solving common equations and formulas with graphical representation.
As said, the program uses the same graphics as the various Word and Excel therefore, even if it is, for now, only in English, its use is very intuitive, provided that it has been studied.
Users can start entering expressions right away which are then processed and resolved with the application automatically.
From a box that looks like a cell phone you can add elements and options to the expression without having to type them every time with the keyboard.
A further option is the method of writing with the mouse even if you have to be very precise in drawing the symbols.
Microsoft Mathematics comes with a help file that explains the program's features in detail and with illustrated examples.
Microsoft Mathematics can be downloaded for free and installed on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows; however, requires Microsoft. NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
Remember that this is not the only mathematical calculator and solver available for Windows, there are also other free programs such as Red Crab a scientific calculator for equations and functions.
