The new dish-covery feature is powered by a learning algorithm that automatically combines the names of the dishes with the relevant photos and reviews provided by Google Maps users.
When you open the page of a restaurant in Google Maps, you can scroll down the overview tab to find the section dedicated to popular dishes, with photos of the ready meals that you can eat in that restaurant. By going to the Menu tab you will be able to see images, reviews and ratings on other geese who have tasted them. Anyone, in fact, can add other photos of dishes to the menu of the restaurant where he goes to eat, so the photos are not only those published by the owner of the restaurant, but also those of customers who will also be able to comment negatively on a certain dish. Note that if you are in a foreign country, the reviews are translated into our language, including Italian.
