Send files with Whatsapp of all kinds

The latest Whatsapp update, available for everyone on Android smartphones and iPhones, offers the possibility of being able to send files of any type.
While for some time it was possible to send PDFs and documents via Whatsapp, in addition of course to photos and videos, now you can finally use Whatsapp to share files of any format with a friend or within a group.
The sending of APK files (Android application installation files), EXE files (Windows executables), GIF files, TXT files (notes), AVI video files, MP4 or other formats, files are therefore enabled in Whatsapp. MP3 and ACC (for music) and everything you want.
Furthermore, the function of sending files from Whatsapp also works from Whatsapp Web on PC and Mac.
To send any file from Whatsapp, both on the application and on the website, just touch the attachment button and then choose to send documents.
Then select the file you want to share and send it as you would a photo or PDF.
This function to send files allows you to use Whatsapp as a cloud archive for your phone, unlimited in the available space, as you can do with Telegram.
Basically, as explained in the linked guide, you can create an empty group, where there is only me, and upload the files both from your computer and from your phone while maintaining a personal, private cloud archive, accessible from any device and without limitations .
Unfortunately, compared to Telegram, Whatsapp has a rather narrow limit on the maximum file size that can be sent in a message.
While Telegram can send and store files up to 1.5 GB in size, Whatsapp, on the other hand, allows you to send only files, videos and documents no larger than 100 MB .
In addition, in the new version of Whatsapp it is also possible to send photos by selecting them from the camera (i.e. by pressing the attached button and then the camera).
NOTE: With this function it is possible to send high quality photos and long videos on Whatsapp.
