But not all places are visible on the site, some images are blurred and distorted for reasons of security or censorship.
The tools provided by Google Maps include 80 million kilometers of road data, 3D terrain and 20 petabytes of satellite imagery.

1) Costa Concordia shipwreck
We cannot fail to start with the saddest and most recent event in Italy.
On the island of Giglio the wreck of the cruise ship wrecked last year is still blocked and on Google Maps the wreck is clearly visible, stationary in its "parked" position by its guilty captain.
In the maps there is also another clearly visible naval wreck, the cargo ship SS Jassim off the coast of Sudan stopped there since 2003.
2) New Pyramids in Egypt ">
Two possible archaeological sites with other Pyramids in Egypt have been recently discovered with Google Earth, very damaged and eroded by time.
These alleged Pyramids can be seen in the Google Maps on site 1 and on site 2.
3) Wheat circle: Firefox
In honor of the famous browser, a wheat circle was created in Oregon, which represents the perfect Firefox logo.
4) Area 52
This mysterious crop circle is located near the Tonopah Test Range, Nevada, also known as Area 52 (where they did nuclear tests).
The area is a military installation with prohibited civilian access.
5) Nuclear Test Area
In Utah and even Nevada in the United States you can see the results of nuclear tests done in those areas in the 60s.
Another nuclear test area is visible in Arizona.
6) The plane

Nice installation of a UFO landed on top of a building in Holland.
The UFO statue was part of an exhibition and has never been removed.
8) Mysterious place in Russia

10) Badlands Guardian
This natural formation in Alberta, Canada is known as The Badlands Guardian and is spectacular in what it looks like in profile face of a Native American wearing a headdress.
11) Atlantis
The myth speaks of a city disappeared in the middle of the Atlantic many years ago.
There is no evidence to testify to the reality of this legendary sunken city.
In 2009, suspicious traces were discovered on Google Earth.
Google then disappointed the researchers by explaining that the still visible grid was made by sonar boats.
12) The plane that seems designed is the Ténéré Memorial, a monument erected to a plane that fell in the middle of the Niger desert, a place that few in the world will ever be able to visit.
