Play to create a new 3D game with friends on Google's Game Builder

As it is now known, the technology giant Google is concentrating many efforts in the video game sector which culminated with the presentation of the streaming game platform Google Stadia. In addition to this main project, Google has also presented an extremely innovative tool to develop video games, which can be used for free by everyone and which allows you to create a new 3D game without having to have programming experience .
The Game Builder, which was created by Google's Area 120 experimental products workshop, is a program that allows you to build and develop a new game with a visual creation mode that is a game itself, which is very reminiscent of that of sandbox games like Minecraft or other management games, with a construction that takes place simply by moving objects such as cards, blocks, pieces, models and movements .
So if the idea of creating a new video game should come, such as a first person shooter or a multiplayer game, but there was not the slightest knowledge of how a game is made and how it can be programmed, and in the absence of someone that can help us do that, you can try Google's free Game Builder tool . Thanks to this 3D game creator, you can create a game by playing and even collaborating with friends in real time .
Multiple users can create (or play) at the same time on the Game Builder, they can make friends play by making them testers even during work and it can be done with a visual programming system based on the Game Builder cards. Cards can be certain actions in the game, such as an explosion or a particular movement. By dragging and releasing the ready-made cards, you can then create movements, create mobile platforms, scoreboards, healing potions, self-driving and whatever you want.
New cards can be created from scratch, using the Javascript programming language, which can be written within the game by seeing results in real time. While the javascript part requires programming skills, the coding interface is still very simplified, suggesting the functions to be used according to what you want to achieve.
Ready-to-use 3D characters and models can instead be downloaded from the Google Poly site to be used immediately within the Game Builder, so you don't have to start from scratch.
Google's Game Builder platform can be downloaded for free on Windows and Mac PCs from the Steam store .
We also remember that this is definitely not the first project of this type and that several years ago Microsoft Kodu was released to create video games without programming, which is still active and updated today.
