Without making big announcements, the latest GBoard keyboard update on Android and iPhone has brought a super fun function that allows you to create "mini me", that is animated stickers that look like us, with our face .
With this function it is therefore possible to take a picture and let the application automatically create the design of our face, which becomes a sticker that can be sent in messages such as emoticons, in Whatsapp, in SMS or in any other application.
To use this function of Mini Me animated stickers, you must therefore use the GBoard keyboard and enter write mode in any message app.
When the keyboard appears, touch the G key at the top left, in the suggestion row, or keep the comma key pressed to enter the emoticon insertion mode.
In one case or another, press the stickers button, the one that allows you to insert animated drawings in messages.
In the row for choosing the categories of the stickers you will notice the last one on the right which has a fixed and colored figure that winks.
That key allows you to enter the Mini me creation mode.
The camera will then open to take a selfie photo that will be used to create the figure of the sticker .
Our face is then transformed into a cartoon that can be customized and modified in case you don't like it or want to make corrections.
Once satisfied, the Mini Me can be saved and used in chats in the 100 available expressions: happy, sad, festive, angry and so on.
