How to disable call notification on Tre, Wind, TIM and Vodafone

Among the extra annoying expenses with the classic operators there is also the call notification, which until a few years ago was free while now you pay a fixed rate on practically any type of SIM. The call waiting allows us to receive a notification SMS when our mobile phone does not pick up and someone tries to call us so that we can always know who has been looking for us (even if it is not present in the address book, given that his phone number in full). This service is unfortunately very useful for those who work, but if we want to disable it to save money we can do it quickly and easily using one of the procedures we have collected below, so that we can disable call notification on Tre, Wind, TIM and Vodafone without too many worries.
Obviously, by deactivating this function on our line, we will no longer be able to know who looked for us in the absence of a field.

Turn off call notification on mobile

Deactivating the call notification when we are not reachable is quite simple, just follow the right steps illustrated in the various chapters, choosing the right one based on the phone operator in use. The costs of the service vary from 90 euro cents per day (only for the days when we use it) up to € 1.50 per month from the first use (you only pay the first notice, then the following for 30 days are included) money that we can very well save ourselves given the low frequency with which classic calls are made on the telephone network.

How to disable call notification on TIM

On TIM the call notification service is TIM LoSai and we can quickly deactivate it by opening the numeric keypad to make calls on the phone and typing 40920 (free number); we listen carefully to the instructions in the voice guide and press first on the 0 button and then on 1 to completely deactivate TIM's LoSai and ChiamaOra (the two services are linked, therefore they will be deactivated together).
Alternatively, we can disable TIM's LoSai and ChiamaOra by going to the TIM main page from any PC with a browser, clicking on MyTIM at the top, typing in the access credentials for our TIM account, selecting the Services menu and finally clicking on the button Go, present next to the LoSai and ChiamaOra entry of TIM . To deactivate the service, all we have to do is click on Deactivate .

How to disable call notification on Vodafone

On Vodafone the call notification service is Call me and we can deactivate it by opening the main Vodafone page from any web browser from a PC or smartphone, clicking on Do it yourself at the top right and entering the login credentials for the account Vodafone in our possession.
Once arrived in the personal page, select the menu Services and active promotions, click on Login next to the item Call me then confirm the deactivation from the window that will appear.
Alternatively, we can deactivate Vodafone's Call me by calling 42070 (free number) and following the instructions in the guide.

How to disable call notification on Wind

If we use a SIM Wind, the notification service called is I looked for you, which can be quickly deactivated by calling the phone number 403020 (free), which will inform us of the activation status of the service on our line. To deactivate it, all we have to do is wait for the recorded voice to tell us to press 2, so that we can deactivate it. I have looked for you without problems.

How to disable call notification on 3

If we use the 3 as operator, the service I have looked for costs 1.50 Euros. To disable this notification, we can act by sending simple codes via the mobile phone keyboard:
  1. Activation: * 111 # ENTER
  2. Deactivation: * 112 # ENTER
  3. Status display: * 113 # ENTER
To deactivate the call notification, simply type * 112 # and press the button with the green handset to start sending the code; in a few seconds the notification service will be deactivated. If we want to check if it is active or not, just send the code * 113 # and confirm with the green button.

Call notifications on virtual operators

If we use a SIM of virtual operators (such as Fastweb or PosteMobile ), the call notification is included, so we will not have to disable it.
If instead we use the new Iliad operator, it offers call notification even if it is not a complete virtual operator (it uses its antennas where possible, otherwise it hooks up to the Wind 3 signal).
If we want to receive the call notification but do not want to spend, it is better to switch to virtual operators so as to solve without having to tinker with the procedures of classic operators.

Conclusions

As we have seen, deactivating call notifications on Tre, Wind, TIM and Vodafone is very simple, just follow the exact procedure for each operator and we can save a lot of money on the remaining credit, avoiding paying for a useful service but not indispensable. If instead we use a virtual operator, we can maintain this service without problems, since it is offered free of charge on all those currently active on the national territory (including Iliad).
Who has TIM, Wind, Tre and Vodafone can continue to know for free who called us and looked for if the phone does not pick up or if busy through a particular app like Whooming.
If we want to keep the remaining credit under control and verify that the money actually does not scale us, we invite you to read our article on the App to check the remaining credit TIM, Tre, Wind and Vodafone.
If instead the problem is the answering machine offered by the operator (which often clicks after a few rings), we can deactivate it by reading our guide on How to deactivate the answering machine on your mobile phone.
If, on the other hand, we wanted to block SMS and annoying calls from annoyers or call centers, we can remedy this by reading our guide on how to block calls from unwanted numbers and unwanted SMS.
We want to make free calls without going to the operator, so we always see who is calling us or who tried to contact us "> Best apps to make free calls (Android and iPhone), so we can find the right one for you.
