Delete unnecessary and temporary files that Ccleaner cannot find on your computer

I believe that it is now known by all that, after a certain use, obsolete and useless files accumulate on the computer which may be temporary, backup or orphans of the relative uninstalled program.
This can be a problem in situations where you do not have a hard disk with enough space and in any case, in general, it has the effect of slowing down operations on the computer, some also significantly such as, for example, backup procedures and disk indexing for file search.
All these files can also create errors on Windows and incompatibilities.
Furthermore, with regard to temporary files, there are traces of use of the programs that can be read by other people (if the PC is shared) creating a privacy problem.
For disk cleaning we have always recommended Ccleaner because it is reliable and safe.
In another article I said how to improve the cleaning of Ccleaner so that you can dig deeper in search of unnecessary files.
On this occasion we see another program, which is not the usual tool similar to another but rather a powerful cleaner that eliminates all the useless and temporary files that Ccleaner does not find .
System Ninja is one of those cleaners that can remove unwanted and unnecessary files from the disk .
It is different from CCleaner which only checks inside specific folders, because it scans the computer checking all the places where there can be garbage.
As a result, as you will notice, it is possible to find many more obsolete files than Ccleaner does.
So in summary, Ccleaner knows where to look and goes directly to them, with a quick, precise and always safe scan, without any risk of touching something important.
System Ninja instead goes for a full scan with a cleaning in every area of the hard disk.
It takes a little longer but it ensures that it is cleaned up.
A possible optimization strategy, therefore, is to always use Ccleaner as a standard program and, occasionally, also to use System Ninja to clean up the rest.
The risk of deleting important files is not there, however, in the use of System Ninja it takes some care.
As you can see by opening the program, you can choose the categories of files to be deleted and, among them, I recommend paying attention to:
- Temporary files (.tmp) can be easily deleted but, at times, they contain program settings which therefore could be reset.
- Thumbnail cache which contains image thumbnails
- Game Cache is useless and works only with The Sims
- Mac Files are files for Mac that are not needed on Windows
- Folder Config Files are given with customized instructions on the location and size of folders.
In addition to disk cleaning, System Ninja has the following functions:
Startup Manager : to specify precisely what can or cannot be done when you turn on the computer.
Removing startup items is a useful way to improve the speed of the computer at startup.
Note that with System cleaner you can also delete processes such as Google Update.
FileAnalyzr (in More Tools): collects useful information about any file, in particular the MD5, SHA1 and SHA256 hashes of the file.
It also reads the file size, access dates and links to web services, useful for determining if the file contains a virus.
Process Manager is similar to the Task Manager for viewing active processes.
In addition, with the Malrun Destroyer tool, you can scan by automatically highlighting the processes commonly associated with viruses or spyware .
System Ninja is portable, requires no installation and can be downloaded from the SingularLabs website.
I tried it on two different PCs, eliminating, in each, about 6000 files without noticing any side effect.
On another page, other excellent Windows tools for complete cleaning of unnecessary files and free space.
