Applications on Chrome to create documents, sheets and slides

Google has released some new applications for Google Chrome that allow you to quickly access the three main Google Docs programs: Documents, Tables and Presentations.
Google Docs is now included in Google Drive, the cloud space with 5GB <free in which to store files to have them always available, whatever PC or smartphone you use. If you open the Google Drive site, you can press the " Create " button to open a new document for writing.
Google Drive applications are very similar to Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint programs, with two basic differences: they are free and can be used online without downloading anything .
Those who use Chrome as a browser can then add these programs as separate applications, to be opened with a click when you need them.
For example, you can then add the Documents app to write a document without using an Office program.
The document is instantly saved in its archive, can be sent quickly with the share and can be downloaded to your computer from the File -> Download menu, in Docx format.
The same thing applies to the Sheets (ex Google Spreadsheets) applications, to the Excel, Slides (ex Google Presentations) tables, to create slides similar to those of Powerpoint and Drawings to create diagrams and graphs in a similar way to what can be done with Microsoft Visio.
All Google Drive apps are in Italian, easy to use and immediate when launched from the Chrome apps screen.
To add the office tools in Chrome you can install, also separately, the following Apps:
- Documents
- Sheets
- Slides
- Drawings.
For those who know them, there are also:
- Google Apps Script.
If you use another browser such as Firefox, Opera or Internet Explorer, you can instead add the following links to your favorites:
- Create Document
- New worksheet
- New presentation.
