App to watch live streaming football on Android and iPhone

We love to watch football streaming on our smartphone or tablet when we are away from home "> Android and iPhone.

With this app we will be able to stream live the football matches of the Italian national team and the matches of the Italian Cup. The channels in which we can find football events are Rai1, Rai2, RaiSport1 and RaiSport2.
The second app that we recommend you install is Mediaset Play, available for free for Android and iOS.

From this app, once logged in with a free Mediaset account, we will be able to see some Champions League games (in turn between the Italians and the final stages of the tournament) and some qualifying games for the European cups. The channels that broadcast sports are Canale 5, Italia 1 and Canale 20.
Another site that streams football games is TV8, which unfortunately does not have any app for mobile devices; we will therefore have to open the web browser on the smartphone or tablet and visit the official website, available here -> Streaming TV8.

From this site we will be able to watch, for free and without registration, some Europa League matches (in turn between the Italians and the final stages of the tournament).

App to see football subscription

If, on the other hand, we want to watch Serie A matches, foreign champions and all European club cup matches, we will have to sign one or more season tickets.
The first paid app that we recommend you install to watch live streaming football is NOW TV, available for Android and iOS.

By subscribing to the Sports ticket for € 29.99 per month, we will be able to see 7 out of 10 games of each round of Serie A, the whole Champions League, the whole Europa League, the Premier League with 5 games in turn and the Bundesliga with 3 games in turn . In addition to the monthly ticket, we can also choose the weekly ticket for € 14.99 and the daily ticket for € 7.99. The offer is not binding and we can cancel and resume payment at any time of the season.
Another paid app to watch football streaming is DAZN, available for Android and iOS.

By subscribing to the one-time subscription for € 9.99 per month, we will be able to watch 3 out of 10 matches in Serie A (the remaining matches not visible on NOW TV), all Serie B, La Liga, La Ligue 1, Eredivisie, MLS, Chinese Super League, Jleague, FA Cup, Carabao Cup, Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana.

Sky Go

If we already have a subscription to Sky or Sky Q, we can download the Sky Go and Sky Go Q apps to watch football streaming on the sports channels of the satellite platform. We can search for iPhone and iPad apps on the App Store, while links for Android are available here -> Sky Go.

The channels that can be viewed are the same as those on the Sky platform, so we will be able to view 7 out of 10 games in each round of Serie A, the entire Champions League, the whole Europa League, the Premier League and the Bundesliga.

How to stream football on TV

Most of the reported apps are compatible with the Chromecast, thus allowing us to switch to viewing on a TV at any time, without having to use a decoder or a Smart card.

To learn more about the Chromecast and see all the channels streaming on TV, we recommend you read our Chromecast Guide with 16 tricks and applications to make the best use of it .
If instead of the apps we used the web browser to start streaming a football event, we can transfer the live broadcast to the TV using an app like Web Video Cast, available for Android and iOS.

This app behaves like a normal browser but is able to extrapolate streaming videos and transmit them on Chromecast, on Amazon Fire TV Stick, on Apple TV, on Smart TV and on DLNA-compatible TVs. To learn more about the topics we recommend you read our article on How to send videos from your smartphone to TV in wifi .

Conclusions

To watch live streaming football on Android and iPhone we can rely on free apps (to view a limited number of games) or paid apps (on which we can see practically everything). Obviously the football fan will have to sign two season tickets to view all football legally, spending at least € 40 per month; Sky Go users can take advantage of the free streaming streams, given that the app is included in the subscription signed with Sky (obviously we must have the Sky Sport and Sky Calcio package active to be able to see all the matches).
If you want to give up paying for one of these services, you can always use the sites with real-time news of the matches of the Serie A championship or, even better, the free apps for Android and iPhone with results, news and videos of the goals .
If we are nostalgic and want to listen to games on the radio, even on our smartphone or tablet, we recommend you read our article on how to listen to radio live on PC and smartphone with Tunein .
