IPhone app to command and remember dreams: DreamOn

It is possible to manipulate dreams and control them so that, during sleep, you can hear and think what you want "> App to sleep better, sleep and wake up rested for alternatives.
I also remember the article on how to calculate the ideal hours of sleep to wake up refreshed .
" Getting a good night's sleep and having pleasant dreams increases people's productivity, and is essential for their psychological health and physical well-being, " said Professor Richard Wiseman, the psychologist who designed the Dream: ON project, " despite this, we know very little about how to influence dreams and this experiment aims to change the situation ".
Since it's free, anyone who owns an iPhone can then start trying from tonight.
The free app provides an alarm clock and 2 Soundscapes.
Other soundscapes will be given away once a month or can be purchased for the price of a dollar.
Those who want to participate in the experiment, after downloading the Dream: ON app, can choose a soundscape and set the alarm by leaving the phone in a corner of the bed, turned upside down with the screen down.
From what I understand, the accelerometer included in the smartphone measures the sleeper's movements and keeps track of when you enter the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) phase, that is, the phase in which you enter the heart of a dream.
Once you enter REM mode, the application reproduces a relaxing sound (the soundscape) chosen before bed which should represent real magic.
These sound effects should therefore influence the dreams of those who sleep and, under the right conditions, can lead to making lucid dreams or dreams that will then be remembered, where one remains conscious and aware of dreaming .
Thanks to this awareness, it is possible to command the dream that becomes a realistic experience and a real memory.
On Wikipedia, you can deepen the concept of lucid dreaming where "reality tests", "false awakenings" and experimental techniques for obtaining a lucid dream are also described.
With the application, the participants of the experiment will be able to send a brief description of their dreams to a central database and they can also tag all the friends who appear in their dreams on Facebook, announcing them that they have been dreamed.
The feedback posted on the iTunes page is, for the most part, negative and says it doesn't work.
In order to avoid making everything seem like a scam, it is written that the Dream: ON application remains an experiment and, only after having collected at least 10, 000 testimonials, it will then be possible to determine whether or not dreams can actually be influenced.
As I see it, the idea is exceptional and worth trying; given that the goal is very ambitious and almost science fiction, the lucid dream is still possible so commanding your dreams may not be an impossible feat.
