10 apps to make Android smarter for a smartphone that does it all by itself

Slowly, but steadily, our smartphone phones grow and become smarter and easier to set up to meet most of our computing needs.
The development of powerful applications have stimulated the progress of smartphones, so much so that most of what we do on our mobile phones, in terms of artificial intelligence, is still not possible on normal computers (or rather it would be possible but not with the same simplicity) .
Android, more than iOS, is a very customizable and extendable operating system through various applications that allow you to really create a smarter phone, capable of doing things alone, at the right time.
We see here the best applications that do everything by themselves, to make Android smarter and automatic, to transform the smartphone into a real virtual assistant that adapts its choices based on the time, place and conditions in which we find ourselves .
1) Gravity Screen, an app already explained and described, is used to turn off the screen when the phone is in your pocket, to turn it back on when you pick it up, all without having to press any key.
2) Auto Speaker intends to automate the answer to phone calls with the automatic handsfree. In practice, if with Gravity Screen we can turn on the screen immediately when you take your smartphone out of your pocket, with this app you make sure that, if your mobile phone rings, you take it out of your pocket and answer it without having to press any key . Autospeaker allows you to answer incoming calls simply by performing an action. The application has been cleverly designed and the default settings are well configured. Auto Speaker automatically answers and ends calls and is also able to manage the speakerphone during an ongoing call, activating it if the phone is away from the ear, deactivating it if it is not. There are various options to protect privacy and to set the speakerphone to turn on after x seconds keeping the phone away from the ear, more or less 1.5 seconds should suffice.
3) Night Keeper is an intelligent free app to use when you go to sleep, to make sure that your mobile phone doesn't disturb you, unless you make important calls. You can then create a profile that automatically activates at a certain time and is disabled when you wake up the next morning. It silences the phone completely for all phone calls, notifications and other sounds, and also vibrates. If you receive someone's call while you are asleep, you can have an SMS of your choice sent to the caller. If someone persistently calls several times (the number can be chosen) persistently, then the phone will ring. You can, of course, also make sure that no calls are received, except from one or more important numbers which can then call us at any time. Other features of the app, very useful for me, include the ability to reduce the brightness at night, to disable automatic synchronization, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and even the cellular network and to re-enable everything the next morning. There are also many other settings to configure and a widget to quickly activate the profile at night, at any time, regardless of the time set.

4) Shush! it is a timer to silence your cell phone for a certain period of time. One can argue that all these applications are useful and simple enough to deserve a try, but Shush is one of those that should never be missing. When you go to the hospital, to the cinema or in a readmission, it will no longer be necessary to remember to reactivate the ringtone once you go out, just activate Shush which does it all by itself.
5) AppConfig to change Android settings depending on the open app is another addition to make the smartphone smarter.
6) Auto Profile make your phone smarter and smarter thanks to automatic profiles linked to where you are.
You can make it go silent when you go to the office, turn up the volume when you go to a crowded market, send SMS when you leave a certain location, use the data connection when you're on the move and to activate wifi at home or in the office. It is therefore an app with extensive configuration options, where it is possible to create conditions based on the date, time, place, battery level, Wifi network to which you are connected, at the time of day, to brightness and so on.

8) Autosync activates and deactivates synchronization according to whether the mobile phone screen is on or off. This allows us not to miss any notification and, at the same time, save battery.
9) Dynamic Notifications allows you to receive important notifications on the screen, even if it is turned off. This way you will not miss any missed messages or calls and you can immediately have a look. This is useful on mobile phones without LEDs, and also on those with flashing LEDs, which in fact does not tell us anything except that something has happened.
10) TrueCaller and the apps to recognize unknown numbers that call us, which I have already talked about in another article.
11) Navigaweb Tech, to follow this blog, will not help the phone to be smarter, but it certainly makes us more informed
12) Glance Plus to view notifications and other info now even with the screen off
13) App to send automatic replies to SMS and Whatsapp messages
