Replace emails with Whatsapp to send PDFs and documents

WhatsApp, in the most recent update, has made it possible for its users to send documents .
On Android, just touch the paperclip icon in the chat window to send display the " document " button, while on iPhone you must touch the upload icon to see the " Share document " option.
Sending PDF from Whatsapp is also supported by the Whatsapp website, as well as by apps for iPhone and Android and by the Whatsapp program for PC and Mac.
For the moment, the function is limited to PDF files only.
The document selection list draws from cloud storage applications such as iCloud Drive, Dropbox and Google Drive.
You can also open your document archive on your phone, in the Downloads folder, in Adobe Acrobat or in Google Drive, select a PDF and note that among the sharing options now Whatsapp also appears.
PDFs can now be shared in Whatsapp as you would with photos and videos.
UPDATE: You can send any type of file with Whatsapp
Although it seems nothing, this is an important update for professionals, small businesses and work or study relationships in the excellent way of replacing the classic Email with WhatsApp .
Invoices, price lists, product information, quotes, bills and everything that can be stored in a PDF document can be shared.
Of course, since WhatsApp has been using end-to-end encryption on its network since 2014, those documents will be encrypted and protected.
Whatsapp therefore becomes convenient to replace emails even in groups, where it is now possible to share documents to be viewed and where, as already underlined in the past, it is possible to mark important messages as favorites to remember them over time without losing them in the middle of the pile of chat messages.
This possible replacement becomes even more feasible considering also that all Whatsapp conversations can be saved in Google Drive with an automatic backup and that there is an efficient internal search engine to find every message received or sent in the past.
