Free returns are a fundamental and necessary condition for an online clothing store, but it's a shame that this is not always the case.
In this research I searched, among the most famous sites that sell clothes online, the 15 best clothing stores on the internet that are not only serious and reliable, but also that have free shipping and delivery and, above all, made free and free of charge .
By free return I do not mean only that the price of the returned product is refunded in full, but also that the return shipping costs are not the responsibility of the buyer.
As I see it, in fact, a clothes and shoes shop that does not change the product for free, especially if I cannot try it and I cannot verify the size, it is absolutely to be avoided.
First of all, consider that as a rule the right of withdrawal and return of products is always guaranteed and free of charge if the return is made within a minimum of 14 days from the receipt of the shipment (for some there is even more time).
Obviously the clothes, shoes or any product to be returned must not have been washed or used, it must keep the original labels and packaging.
When the site accepts the free return and also reimburses the shipping costs, you must always follow its instructions which usually require you to print a label and ship with the indicated courier (which can be SDA Poste Italiane or Bartolini in some cases).
