Find out your Wifi password with the Android app WPA WPS Tester

The easiest-to-use and most effective application for discovering passwords of Wifi networks using a mobile phone is by an Italian, without even having to root the Android system.
The application, rather famous and popular for several years, is called Alessandro Sangiorgi's WPS WPA Tester and has the primary purpose of checking that your home wifi or, better, the router used to manage the network, is not vulnerable to known bugs that make it easy to find out your password.
For example, it exploits the security problem of WPS technology, that is, the one that allows you to connect a device simply with a button or using the PIN.
The application uses an algorithm to find out the known PINs by exploiting the security bugs of the older routers and at the same time tries to find out the default password that is assigned to the router by the manufacturer, the one that is used for the first access to the network ( and also the following times if it has never been changed).

Wifi WPS WPA Tester is a free app for Android that can also be downloaded in a 1 Euro version without ads, which works on every smartphone including the Samsung Galaxy and Huawei P9 and P10.
Then launch the application to immediately see a scan that checks for the presence of all the wifi networks, also listed with the indication of the Mac Address of the router from which they are generated.
Scanning also requires GPS activation.
For each of the networks you will notice a padlock symbol on the right side which is yellow if that network is well protected, or green if there is the possibility of being able to find out the Wifi password to access .
At the bottom there is an option, WPS Only, which means to try accessing protected wifi networks only by exploiting the possible WPS vulnerability and not also trying to bypass the password.
If you find a network with a green lock, then you can try logging in using the new method of the application, in No Root mode or in Root mode if you have an unlocked Android phone.
The app will then try to enter using a list of PINs generated by the algorithm and will try to connect to that wifi network and find out the password to be able to access that network with any device.
By trying this app on your wifi network, you can immediately check that everything is in place and that the network has no security bugs or vulnerabilities that others could use to steal our connection.
