Download Windows 95 and install it as an app for PC and Mac

In 1995, the world was a very different place, very few people had access to the Internet, social networks did not exist, floppy disks were still useful, and Steve Jobs-less's Apple was struggling to survive.
In that year Microsoft broke and changed the world by launching Windows 95, an operating system that with all its limitations, was a real revolution as far as making the use of the PC easy and affordable for everyone.
Windows 95 was the first desktop operating system used by many people, which has become a cult for all forty-year-olds today, who will still be able to remember the ease and difficulties in using it.
With all this nostalgia, a very good fan has recreated the original Windows 95 giving everyone the opportunity to upload it and install it on their computer, as if it were a program, to see how it worked and find how many similarities it has with the most modern versions Windows.
To download and install Windows 95 as an app, all you need to do is go to the Github site where the installers have been published, for Windows 10 and 7, for Mac and for Linux .
Windows 95 thus becomes a program to be installed or run directly even without installation, with a download of less than 200 MB of RAM.
Windows 95 allows you to run applications such as MS Paint, WordPad, the solitaire and Minesweeper, even if it does not function to view websites, because Internet Explorer is too old-fashioned.
Once Windows 95 is open, press to start it and on "Esc" to exit the simulator.
Most of the features are perfect and you can also go to the Control Panel and change the settings.
The GitHub description page also describes that Windows 95 supports the floppy disk, if you are still using a PC equipped with a floppy disk.
As I see it, those who are old enough to have used Windows 95 in the 90s will have to download this app for nostalgic reasons.
For the younger ones, however, it can really be a discovery to see where we have come in the past 20 years.
Finally, remember that you can try Windows 95 via the web on your browser
