CCleaner is the most popular temporary file cleaning program for Windows and Mac and is developed by Piriform which releases it free of charge for everyone. Pirinform has also created Ccleaner for Android which can be downloaded for free to clean the memory of the mobile phone by removing all obsolete, temporary and personal data .
The application is really simple to use: it displays the free space and the space used with two unique options: Analyze and clean.
The analysis is used to scan the system to find temporary files and old data that can be removed to free up space.
The analysis takes a few seconds and the results are displayed during the scan.
CCleaner, in its analysis, marks the cache, the browser history and the log of incoming calls as eliminable.
It also lists the applications for which you can manually delete temporary data such as, for example, Youtube, Facebook, Firefox, SMS etc.
After the scan, you can touch the cache to see which files would be cleaned up while for the call log you can choose to remove only those older than 3 months and more.
In the end the only thing left to do is select the elements to be removed and press the Clean button.
For now, it is not possible to select which elements to keep and which to remove.
In my case it found almost 1 GB of space to be removed.
I didn't press the cleaning button because I don't need to gain this space and because the cache has its usefulness anyway.
However, those who have little space in the internal memory could benefit from cleaning.
Swiping right from the left side of the screen reveals other features such as the application manager and system information .
The System Information tool displays how busy the device memory is, the RAM usage and the battery.

Ccleaner for Android can be downloaded directly from the Google Play Store and works with all versions of Android from 1.6 and up and does not require special permissions to run.
