Adjust and turn down the volume automatically

You have to be careful with computer audio, especially if you are on your pc at night. Maybe it will happen that, after playing or working on the PC, when you turn it off to go to bed, in the silence of the night, the sound of Windows shutdown explodes at full volume, creating great embarrassment and, in some cases, some protests in home or neighbors.
In fact, you had to remember to turn off the speakers before the computer or turn off the sounds and put the "mute" to Windows.
So I would like to recommend some tools for Windows PC that automatically adjusts the volume, lowering or raising it according to the time of day .
1) Volume Concierge is a small program used to plan volume changes on a Windows system.
You can use it to automatically lower the volume, for example, by 20% in the evening or, if you use the laptop in the office, to lower the volume to a minimum by putting "mute" during working hours.
During the installation of Volume Concierge, after the first Next to accept the conditions, you have to press the left button Customize (otherwise something else is also installed), decide whether the tool should start in the background when the computer is turned on and then press on next .
After installation, you are required to register a valid email address in order to use the program, which however is absolutely free.
By pressing the Add New Volume Rule button, you can create the first rule to activate by setting the left stick to ON .
For example, you can say: Every day or only on working days or weekends, at 9 pm or at another time, adjust the volume to a certain percentage 10%, 0% (silent) or other.
The program can be minimized in the Windows system tray near the clock.
One flaw of this tool is that while giving the possibility to program volume changes on the system it does not use the internal Windows scheduler which would have been more convenient.
To deactivate the automatic execution of Volume Concierge you can right-click on the icon in the system tray and remove the small rock where "Enable Autorun" is written.
2) Another program to adjust the volume automatically with rules is Volume2 of which I spoke in the post: Change the volume on Windows with advanced settings
3) Alternatively, you can also use another tool called Auto Mute which can be configured to automatically lower the volume of the operating system even when you turn on the PC. In fact, if you turn on the computer in the office or if you turn it on at night, to avoid making everyone hear the sound of Windows turning on causing inconvenience or anger, you can use Auto mute, a portable volume control software which enables some very simple options. You can automatically turn off the disconnect, sleep and shutdown sound so that the next boot is silent. With the CTRL-F10 key combination it is possible to restore normal Windows sounds after the PC is turned on.
4) With System Silencer it is possible to manage the actions that the computer must undertake when it remains stationary and not used for a certain period of time.
You can therefore mute the volume by switching off the sound, closing programs and hiding windows after a certain period of inactivity, automatically.
5) Speaker Admin allows you to set a volume level for each hour of the day. In practice, you can choose what volume the computer should have based on the time of day, automatically lowering it in the evening, raising it during the day. The program is really simple to use, with a graphical interface with options and several drop-down menus.
6) A final program in this category is VolumeOut to lower the volume from maximum to minimum in a predefined time, slowly and progressively, ideal if you listen to music in the evening before falling asleep.
