To recover access to Windows 10 on PC or table t, you can then press, from the lock screen, the line where it is written that the password or PIN has been forgotten . The wizard will then ask you to confirm the Microsoft account email address and fill in the anti-robot code. In the next screen you can indicate the recovery email address, alternative to the Microsoft one whose password you don't remember, to receive the reset code.
By pressing the down arrow button, you can also choose to receive the code via SMS on the phone number provided or to use an Authenticator application, if the two-step verification has been activated for the Windows and Microsoft account. Once the code is received, a new password can be created and the PC can be accessed.
