Which apps should not be installed or removed from Android

Still talking about the best apps, today we change perspective and make a ranking on the contrary, looking instead for the applications to avoid that should not be installed on your Android smartphone .
In this list we will see names of famous apps, also installed by millions of people around the world, which in my opinion, however, would be better to avoid and remove.
There are basically three reasons why an application is poor and should be avoided:
1) Because after becoming popular it has changed becoming full of advertising and asking for invasive permissions on the phone;
2) Because it promises improvements that are not there, describing itself in a deceptive way and climbing the popularity charts only thanks to the advertisements;
3) Because it is a heavy app that quickly drains the battery or slows down the phone (whether inexpensive or old model).
With these three flaws in mind, we see ten popular and widely used applications around the world that you don't need to install on your phone and can avoid.

1) QuickPic
I start from this application because in the past I had strongly recommended it to everyone as the default app to see photos on the phone.
After the app was acquired by Cheetah mobile, last year, it started sending user data to the Chinese company that is known for Clean Master and has become like a hidden espionage app.
Serious companies shouldn't do these under the table operations and deserve punishment by uninstalling their apps and forgetting them forever.
As an alternative, you can choose one of the best gallery apps to view photos on Android including Piktures or Google Photos .
2) ES File Explorer
This is, in reality, one of my favorite applications and still remains, if we talk about the full paid version.
If instead you are using the free version, it is better to remove it now because it is full of invasive advertising.
If you don't want to buy the Pro version, then you can choose another File Manager app for Android like Astro.
3) UC Browser
This is a popular Android browser alternative to Chrome and Firefox, which describes itself as the fastest.
The flaw is that it monitors what the user does on the internet and all searches are sent to Chinese companies, without encryption, with also user identification data including the IMEI, the Android ID and the Mac Address .
3) Dolphin Browser
This browser I had already described in the past praising it for its speed of opening the internet and, above all, for its ability to view flash videos on Android.
The flaw is that, like UC Browser, it monitors how the user navigates and, worst of all, saves the history of the sites visited in incognito mode in a file on the phone's memory.
Basically, it's not good for privacy so it's best not to use it.
4) Clean Master
This is the famous and widely used Cheetah Mobile app, super publicized and super pumped (so much so that Asus now automatically installs it on its ZenPhone) which, in fact, is useless.
The apps that promise to make the phone go fast are half scams and also have an opposite effect in certain cases (for example using the task killer to recover memory is deleterious).
In addition to this, again I must point out that Cheetah Mobile is renowned for its invasive advertising, bloatware and promotion of their applications.
5) Any antivirus for Android
If you look at the ranking of the best Android apps on the Google Play Store you will find many antiviruses such as that of AVG, CM Security (still Cheetah Mobile), 360 Security Quihoo (of which I wrote a good review) and many others.
It's not that they are malicious or fake apps, but they are simply useless if you use your smartphone in a normal and rootless way, without trying to download pirated apps and without using app stores other than Google Play.
If however you feel more secure with an app of this type, then I refer to the article on the best antivirus for Android.
6) DU Battery Saver
In the ranking of the best apps there is always an app like this that promises to optimize the use of the battery or to allow a faster recharge.
Currently more than 7 million people think it is true and that this app really has the ability to change the charging mode of a mobile phone.
The app is all bogus, with nice graphics that mean nothing and that are fake, with lots of advertising and tips for installing other useless apps.
If you want to have more control over the battery, see here the apps to find out battery usage statistics on Android, including the excellent GSAM Battery Monitor.
7) Facebook
This should not be a surprise for those who follow Navigaweb since I already recommended, some time ago, to remove the Facebook app and access the site because it saves a lot of battery and gains speed for each operation on the smartphone.
Facebook is one of the heaviest apps ever, and since it can also be used without an application, it might be worth removing it.
Unfortunately it is no longer possible to delete Facebook Messenger, which is instead required to chat with friends since mobile chat does not even work from the site.
8) Google+
Among Google apps, Google+ is the most useless one ever, especially after Google Photos has been separated.
Google+ is an app often pre-installed on Android smartphones, which cannot be uninstalled, but which can certainly be deactivated.
NOTE : In addition to Google+, it is convenient to disable all the apps pre-installed by the various Samsung, LG, HTC, Asus because they are always useless.
9) The Weather
But with all the beautiful weather forecast apps for Android, because the Italians use IlMeteo's which is anything but the best "> best weather app on Android to choose from.
10) All free music apps
On the Google Play store there are many apps that promise to download music for free.
Those who install them can then discover that this is not true and you have to pay or that free music is made only of remixes and amateur remakes.
As seen in another article, the regular apps to download mp3 music from Android are few and have their limitations due to natural legal copyright rights.
