Speak with your computer in all languages, even in Italian, with Google Translate

Google is a company that when it does something it does it well and if it then goes to involve the lives of all the people in the world, it does not stop improving it.
The Google service that has reached an impressive level of innovation and an increasingly decisive utility is Google Translate.
This year Google Translate has not only become a tool for obtaining simultaneous and instantaneous translations of sentences or entire written texts, but it is also an excellent service for talking on the computer and therefore making others understand you by voice or having a support to learn the foreign languages.
For those who have not yet noticed how powerful this translation service can be, we see some news related to Google Translate, now the best online translation service for foreign languages.
Going to Google Translate Italian you can write a word and press the key under Listen ; you can then read a translation and hear the correct pronunciation verbally .
You can then talk to your computer thanks to a large internal TTS "Text-to-speech" synthesizer that transforms what you write into text.
The Listen button is enabled for almost all languages, even Italian and also those languages that can hardly be learned such as Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Chinese and so on.
Listening works to make the computer read by voice, with the Google translation, not too long words and sentences, maximum one line.
This talking computer thing has stimulated the imagination of many people in the world and yesterday I read in the Google blog an article about Remix with Google Translate where you can see videos recorded by people who have used the translation program to make music.
Soon then, in Google Translate, using the Google Chrome browser, it will be possible to use the microphone to translate words without writing them, but speaking.
Voice recognition also works in Italian, in the same way you can talk to the Google assistant on Android phones.
The other novelty of Google Translate, less spectacular but very useful is the integration with the dictionary and the possibility of reading alternative translations to the text .
You can go over the translated words with the mouse and see how they turn yellow; clicking on it will read alternatives and synonyms.
Also, since Google translation is often inaccurate in the order of words when translating a text, holding down the Shift key (or SHIFT ) and pressing on a word, you can move it to get a better translation.
A page I didn't know about is the Translate Toolkit where you can save translations and from which you can access all the tools available from the Google service.
Do not forget also the fact that the translation with voice listening is also available on Google Translate applications for Android and for IPhone, that google Translate can translate any website and that you can upload entire Word or PDF documents and download them translated.
