Get the Android 10 options on all phones

At the time of writing this article, a month has passed since the official release of Android 10, the latest Android version, which has yet to arrive on most smartphones (practically all). This is the usual problem of Android updates, which after the release of a new version, we must wait for the phone manufacturers to make it compatible with different devices.
During this wait, you can still get almost all the best new features in Android 10 on all smartphones with Android 8 or Android 9, thanks to some special and innovative applications that everyone can install (on Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi and all the others ) without the need to make changes, hack or root on the phone.

1) The snoozing of notifications
Android 10 has a native system for canceling notifications and making them reappear after some time. In this way, when you are busy, you can delay making some notifications disappear and receive them again later, so as not to forget to reply.
The app to be installed on the Android phone to have a similar and perhaps even more complete option is Material Notifications. The application allows you to customize the appearance of notifications based on the app that receives it and to activate the snnooze, i.e. the delay, to make it disappear and then reappear after a certain period of time, as a reminder.

2) Picture in Picture
Oreo Android 10 has an option that allows you to keep a Youtube video open in the corner while doing something else. The video remains open in a floating window that can be moved wherever you want. This feature, particularly useful on Android tablets, can be obtained on any device with Android 8 and 9 using the Floating Apps app, available both in a free version with advertisements and in a paid version without ads. With this app you can keep videos, calculator, compass, stopwatch and even the document viewer on a floating window. In the app settings, you can choose how to activate floating windows, from an icon or from the notification bar.
3) Intelligent activation of Wi-Fi
In Android 10 smartphones can automatically activate wifi when they are in a known area, for example at home or in the office.
You can therefore keep the wifi off when you are in other places, so as not to waste energy. This option can be obtained on all Android devices using the free Smart WiFi Toggler application. The app is very simple and allows you to activate the wifi connection only when we are in a certain place and deactivate it when we move away.
4) Android 10 launcher
In Android 10 the Google launcher is the Pixel Launcher, which can however only be used on Google Pixel phones.
If you want to get this option on other Android phones, you can install a launcher like LawnChair or Nova Launcher, which behave exactly like the Android 10 Pixel Launcher, with interactive icons for many apps and notifications visible by holding one of the icons on the main screen.
You can also have the Pixel icons by installing the Pixel Icon Pack app.
5) Quick buttons on the notification bar
To have a notification bar with customizable activation buttons on each Android smartphone, you can install the Power Shade app, easy to use and configure.
6) Night mode
In Oreo there is an option to change the color and brightness of the screen at night, in order to soften the blue lights that annoy the night.
That exact night mode setting can be achieved in other Android phones with some apps to change screen brightness at night like Twilight or F.Lux.
7) Keyboard
The default keyboard for Android 10 is Google's GBoard, which can be installed on any Android phone.
8) Other apps
Google apps for Android can be downloaded to any phone, with a few exceptions such as the Google Camera which requires a more complex procedure.
With these apps you will feel you have a new and modern smartphone even on phones that will never be updated to Android 10 or that will wait for a long time to update Android.
