With Double Vision you can also cut and select a single specific part of a web page so as to view the content of interest, such as a video.
You "peek" at the desired page, Facebook or a Youtube video, keeping as a background a website like Google, a Word sheet written as a fake, a powerpoint presentation, an excel sheet.
Finally, some programs allow you to close all open windows and programs in one fell swoop, by pressing a button to hide what you were doing.
To use Facebook and Linkedin without being blocked by Proxy or corporate Firewalls, you can use the services described in the article "Receive Facebook notifications and messages via email or on the desktop".
If, however, the Internet at work is only partially blocked on some sites, you will probably be able to browse the whole internet with one of the methods to hide the IP and evade the proxies.
