Automatically hide the mouse cursor

Here is one of those tools that seem really useless and stupid but that, in some cases, can be invaluable.
The mouse cursor on Windows never disappears from view.
Sometimes it remains in uncomfortable positions and goes to annoy the view of a photo, a video or a text, perhaps staying there where you have to read.
Of course, just move it to the side to put it aside but, if you wanted a more effective system, the small program to automatically hide the cursor could not be missing , when the mouse remains still .
I don't know if we are talking about a useless thing but for how this little tool is designed, it is worth trying.
There is no option on Windows to hide the mouse cursor so you can rely on AutoHideMouse, an OK Software tool that you can download for free, with a weight of just 17 Kbytes.
After the download, you just have to extract the zip archive to a folder (right click -> Extract) and launch, without installations, the AutoHideMouseCursor.exe file.
He will immediately buy a window showing a visual timer in a green bar.
The green bar gradually fades when the mouse is not moved.
When the timer runs out of time, the mouse cursor disappears and reappears automatically when you move the mouse again .
AutoHideMouse therefore does not bother and does not cause any change in the usual use of the PC.
By clicking on the X of the window, the configuration interface is hidden and the tool remains in the background, visible from the icon at the bottom right near the clock.
By clicking on the icon you can reopen the configuration window which contains only three options:
- If you like, you can start Auto hide mouse cursor automatically when Windows starts.
- You can temporarily disable it without closing it.
- You can decide the time in seconds of the timer which, by default, is 5 seconds.
By clicking on the Options button you can also choose whether to automatically start the program in hidden mode or in minimized mode.
Pressing the ESC key on the keyboard instead ends the program.
The program is compatible with the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of each version of Microsoft Windows and, needless to say, the consumption of computer resources is practically zero.
On this occasion, I remember another of the delicious little programs of SoftwareOk I mentioned some time ago: AutoHidedesktopIcons to automatically hide desktop icons
