Microsoft Office is the suite that includes the most used programs in the world, namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other more professional programs used by consultants and company employees such as Project, Visio and OneNote. What perhaps many do not know is that there are templates that are already pre-configured graphic and important document models, which only need to be filled .

Productivity means not losing when solutions can be found on the street without difficulty.
A classic example are, for example, the models of the curriculum vitae where the page is already set up and where one only has to write personal data according to European standards: name, surname, date of birth, professional experience, skills and so on.
Like CVs, there are many other models or templates made available by Microsoft itself that can be used and downloaded for free.
1) How to use the models
To use the predefined templates or the templates downloaded online, simply open the Office program we are interested in to immediately show all available models in the foreground.
Just click on the desired model to immediately load it into the chosen Office program, thus greatly simplifying the work.
If we want to open a new model when we have already opened or created another document, just click on File at the top left, then open the New screen where we can choose a new model for a new document to be created.
The system also offers a search bar to search online for the models offered by Microsoft, so you don't have to go crazy on the Internet looking for the right template for our work.
2) Official Microsoft website
Starting from the official Office models we can go to the Microsoft website page dedicated to the templates for Microsoft Office in Italian where there is a list of models divided by different categories.
For example, there are pre-printed documents to fill in regarding quotes, calendars, games, news, holidays, invitations, letters, lists, party invitations, agendas, structures for PowerPoint presentations, labels, thanks, tournament boards and other models.
Unfortunately, however, the Italian section is not as comfortable and rich as that in English, which I would therefore recommend taking as a reference for finding the right model to use.
Even if the models are in English, being only the graphics and structure of the sheet, with a few written words, you can easily overcome the language problem by using a translator and quickly filling in the fields.
Over 250 templates for all Microsoft Office programs, are available for download on the English version of Microsoft Office: address books, job analysis, announcements, financial statements, sales invoices, bookmarks, books, statute, policies and standards, calculators for various types of Excel, catalogs, charts, coupons, estimates, evaluations, forecasts, instructions for use, itineraries, job descriptions, magazines, projects, newspapers, petitions, posters, press releases, programs, proposals, quizzes and tests, quotes, recipes, surveys, business cards and many others.
These models are distributed by users and anyone who has designed an Office document and wants to share it in its structure, can do so freely by participating in the community.
2) Word Templates
For Microsoft Word there are beautiful models to use to write documents of different types for official or daily occasions on the Word Templates website.
On this site we can find sheets, templates and templates already prepared to be used for work but also for daily use, since we find models for contracts, calendars, posters, CD DVD labels, marketing, brochures and others, divided into categories, all free to download.
3) Chart Chooser
For Excel programs but also for PowerPoint we can visit the Chart Chooser website which features many free models of charts, tables and diagrams ready to download.
Just select the one you want and add it to the Office programs, so as to have a good base on which to start and to work on to create the presentation or the required spreadsheet.
4) Free PowerPoint Templates
If we use a lot of PowerPoint at work or at home there are many sites distributing templates and in this case we mention one in particular -> Free Power Point Templates .
On this site the models can be downloaded for free and without boring registrations; all files can be used without problems in the company environment.
To download the model you have to click on the image of a red disk otherwise you end up in advertising (better to avoid unwanted clicks).
5) PowerPoint presentations

On this page we will find numerous ready-made PowerPoint presentations, we will only have to modify the fields according to our needs in order to create truly spectacular works without having to start from scratch (which in the long run can also become frustrating).
Just download the model that interests us and open it in PowerPoint to work on it.
