In honor of the release of the next Star Wars movie: The Force Awakens, the series of films that perhaps most of all made the history of science fiction cinema, we see here the best games for iPhone, iPad and Android devices (smartphones and tablet) of Star Wars, to play with the spaceships, the dark side, the Jedi and all the characters of the films. As was to be expected, there are many Star Wars games, some that only take up the theme and the characters, others instead that immerse us in the star wars, participating personally in the battles or playing strategy.

1) Star Wars: Force Arena was an official game that disappeared today.
The game is an RPG adventure, with daily missions to be played alone and also in multiplayer.
For fans it is a really downloadable game since the story is set after the events of the film " Return of the Jedi ".
While not really my favorite genre, this is definitely one of the best Star Wars games for mobile.
2) Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is the most popular Star Wars game in the Android and iPhone mobile stores.
Galaxy of Heroes is a collectible card game, where you can collect heroes, level them up, combine them and place them in formation and then challenge other players.
This is also a perfect and ideal game for fans of the Star Wars series, also highly appreciated in the reviews, although it requires some patience and many games.
3) Star Wars: Battlefront Companion (free for Android and iPhone) is a rather essential but fun strategic fighting game, featuring characters from the Star Wars movies.
4) Star Wars: Commander is a free RTS game for Android and iPhone of real-time strategy, where you have to set up a base, manage buildings, train and move troops to guide them in battle against enemies that can be the Empire or the rebels according to the chosen faction.
Most of the time in the game is spent in creating a base and defenses and managing resources.
Then there will be missions to complete as you grow and build new buildings.
5) LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga (costs 5 Euros for Android - free to start on the iPhone) is a game where the Star Wars characters are designed as Lego men.
While it's not free, Lego's role-playing game is really cool, with the right mix of fun and commitment.
The great thing about this game is to follow the entire history of the Star Wars movies and participate to complete it, in the role of a Jedi knight or the dark side of the Force.
6) Lego Star Wars TFA (Android - iPhone)
In this Lego game, instead of controlling two or three characters, you take control of a team that can include heroes, soldiers, vehicles and spaceships.
The game itself is rather short, but still a lot of fun, especially during space battles.
Since it's free, at least one game is definitely worth it.
7) Star Wars: KOTOR (Knights of the Old Republic) is an RPG game that costs 10 Euros (on iPhone and Android) but that is worth mentioning because it is really beautiful (the most beautiful of this list), with a system combat optimized for mobile phones and an adventure to follow and live from start to finish.
8) Angr Birds Star Wars is a game of the Angry Birds series with the characters of Star Wars, very nice, for lovers of both series.
9) Star Wars XWing (Android) is a free 3D movie-inspired spaceship shooter game.
