Liberkey has tons of options for: changing the look and feel, checking for application updates (this isn't in CodySafe), associating files to open with a portable program, automatic pen deactivation if you close Liberkey. In addition, install an autorun if you want to start the launcher immediately after connecting the USB stick. The menu is in Italian and offers a convenient repository of documents stored on the USB stick (which PortableApps does too).
